The food is your typical mall food court chicken teriyaki in the best way possible, very nostalgic! Good price, big portions, very friendly staff that entice you with their free samples. Extra sauce was offered as well which was great! You just grab your food, which is quick, and sit down in the food court area, which is busy but relatively clean. Overall, good experience!

Not a fan at all. Needed to grab a bite to eat after a day of shopping so I thought why not try out this food court. The food on the grill smelled good but it's deceiving. It smells like chicken teriyaki in the grill but it doesn't taste like it. Service isn't the greatest because they try to get as many customers as possible by asking for their order even though there is piles of customers on top of each other waiting to get their food. I ordered the braised pork belly ramen and chicken teriyaki with white rice. The pork belly ramen was very bland but was beautifully presented which is deceiving. The chicken teriyaki was very bland and tasted like oily chicken. The white rice wasn't great as well because it was mushy and soggy. Just disappointed and would not come back here for overpriced bland food.

Was excited to try their halal chicken, but disappointed that it was only for the ramen. So I tried the ramen, and agree with how the 1st rater put it, mostly soup and hard to eat anything without drinking the soup first/getting a fork. Chicken was squishy and hard to tell it was even chicken. Otherwise it was decent. Wish the halal chicken could be added to other menu items as well or more halal options.

Tasty udon and ramen while shopping! Okay, I am an udon fan because of OPM (if you are a manga fan) so we decided to try Nori Japan while at Beachwood Mall and we enjoyed it very much. Lots of udon and ramen, the miso soup was very flavorful, and overall was a solid meal. These are served in bowls and are more soup-like, whereas they have significantly less oil/grease than the noodles/rice dishes they serve on plates. For the ramen/udon, they have Halal chicken, beef, pork, seafood and vegetables. My only critique would be that it would be nice to have more vegetables and perhaps more chicken with the ramen or udon. Oh, also we tried an order of cheese wontons and they were pretty good...similar to crab rangoon but perhaps without the crab. Next time you are at the mall to go shopping, try them out. Bon apetit! Oh, one last suggestion, but we found it easier to sip down the miso soup and then one can eat the noodles, chicken, vegetable, and egg easier than trying to fish them out of a bunch of liquid...less messy, too.

It's my first tine trying this new spot in the food court but it wasn't bad. The price is a bit higher than average and the meat could be fresher for their ramen, but otherwise the place was decent.

All of these teriyaki places are different. They overcook their meat here and skimp on the vegetables. The beef can not be chewed up. I don't know what it is about the beef at Chinese restaurants. I tried it here because it looked eatable on the picture. I dont know what cut of beef Chinese restaurants use but it is definitely not a choice, more desirable cut of meat. Maybe they use cube steak.
