Noodle Love

The food scene in Erie is slowly changing and noodle love is part of that! This is located inside Flagship City Food Hall. I had a bulgogi bowl with their chicken option. Great flavor, but the chicken is a little odd. The breading isn't crispy. I think it needs to be marinated in something? Not sure, but the chicken needs improvement.The service was fast and friendly. They have a small bar you can sit at or you can find one of the seats in the rest of the hall. I would return!

The people at noodle love take care of me everytime I show up. I am a regular now ever since they have opened. The service is always great, no matter how busy or how slow. Great people and great food! Extremely hard working team that deserves frequent business. If you are in the area I highly suggest you stop by and order!

Terrible customer service! I have eaten at NoodleLove almost weekly since they have opened and have always had a great experience until today. First off, burnt my finger because there was so much oil soaking through half of the bowl. Sometimes there are spots that soak through which is no big deal, but not today. So I split the bowl with my daughter as usual, and it tasted like a bottle of vegetable oil had been dumped in it, rather than the sesame soy sauce we had requested. Because I'm such a frequent flier, I know what the meal should taste like. So I took our split meal back to the counter to request more sauce. They put more sauce in our bowls, however once back at our table it tasted like sauce mixed with oil. I figured it might just be a bad day however was turned off by the bad taste in my mouth so I requested a refund. They went to get whoever the man in charge was, and he accused this bad taste being my fault. He said that I said it was too dry and requested more sauce and that was the reason for the problem. I told him that it was not the problem, that it tasted like the bottle of oil had been dumped in it. He said too bad, I'm not giving you a refund, you're the only one complaining. I went and got my husband who came to ask about the refund policy not being posted and the man started being rude to him as well. As my husband was walking away the blonde girl who I believe was new (because she was thrilled she could flip the wok with her left hand when I first approached), started shouting things over the counter at my husband as well. This was the most rude and awful experience I have ever had in a customer service related setting and I will never go back because of it. I'm sure it's because it has recently switched ownership. Beware!!
