Nom Nom Cupcake Factory

Nom nom is one of go to places to go for cupcakes. The icing they use is more dense instead of light and fluffy. The cupcakes though are light and fluffy. They change up their flavors constantly and have fresh cupcakes in the mornings. Also in the same building they sell the nom nom popcorn as well as misc other items such as the doughy paws pizza, pierogis, beef jerky and more. The popcorn that they sell is also very good with everything from original to sweet flavors or salty flavors to gourmet flavors. The staff have always been kind and courteous. The store isn't normally to busy, but is smaller, so if multiple people are in there at one time it can feel a bit crowded. This is a place I would absolutely recommend. The owner of this store also has more stores and restaurants and seems to have consistently happy workers and guests from my experience.

Wasn't impressed with this place. They had a decent selection and it was cute inside, but the cupcakes themselves weren't great. The flavor wasn't impressive, and the cupcakes themselves seemed like they were sitting there for a day or two. The icing was almost too sweet to eat. My fiancé and I bought 6 of them and only finished 1 between the both of us.

They'll always be Caroline's to me. They are worth the price. The best cupcakes I've ever had and they never disappoint. Call ahead to reserve your flavors if you don't want to miss out.

I brought my daughter and her friend here for the pigskin pals cupcake. What an awesome little (FREE) treat! They got to choose choose from chocolate with chocolate or vanilla frosting or vanilla with vanilla or chocolate frosting. The shop is really nice and the popcorn is amazing! The cupcakes were super yummy, too! Thank you for being awesome!

Wedding bells! Best cupcake ever! If I was to get married again...these would be my cake. I live twenty minutes away and I will find any excuse to go there. Other cupcakes and brownies and popcorn delicious too, but isn't care. Wedding bells is the only one I need.

I love cupcakes. These were moist and delicious. Only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars is the price. $1.99 for one cupcake? And the salesperson tried to make it seem if we bought 6 you get a discount for $11.94. Well, no... that's just 1.99 x 6!

While in town for work, I stopped here with a coworker to get some cupcakes to enjoy back at the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised to find the cupcake place also had tons of flavors of popcorn. After sampling a few flavors, we each ended up with 3 of the snack bags for $10. She enjoyed the dill pickle and I liked the white chocolate raspberry. We each got a french toast cupcake to take with us and we were both disappointed. The maple flavor was extremely strong and the icing was VERY sweet. I enjoy cupcakes in each and every city that I visit and after two bites, I tossed the cupcake in thr garbage which Ive never done before. The girl working the counter was fantastic though! She was very friendly, talked to us for a while about all the flavors and the company itself. So my review would be 5 stars between the popcorn and the employee but the cupcake side earned just 1 star from me so I met in the middle and gave 3 stars for my review.

The lady at the counter definitely needs some more customer service training . She seemed mad we even came in there to spend money . Popcorn was good , but won't be going back.

I'm visiting the area for work and thought I might like a little dessert after dinner. I LOVE cupcakes. I have tasted them all over the country and got excited when I saw a few nearly 5 star reviews! These cupcakes are...underwhelming at best.I ordered 2 cupcakes: wedding bells and salted caramel.Wedding bells: vanilla cupcake with vanilla icing. The cake was a bit dry and small. It honestly didn't even come to the top of the cupcake liner! The icing was hardened in top, gritty and extremely sweet. It was topped off with a sprinkle of decorators sugar. Salted caramel: vanilla cupcake (again dry) topped with vanilla icing (super sweet with a small hint of salt) drizzled with caramel on top and mini chocolate chips. Where's the salt in the salted caramel? You could barely taste it. This cupcake was filled with a weird cream (maybe buttercream). It was chocolate/coffee flavored with a touch of salt. Did NOT belong in this cupcake.My only other comment would be that the cupcakes were poorly decorated. How about shaved chocolate instead of packaged chocolate chips and something other the more sugar on the wedding bells cupcake. If you are going to charge a professional fee (1.99 per cupcake) your cupcakes need to be on point in every way. Needless to say I won't be visiting again.
