I tried No 1 Express for the first time last night. The portions were great, the food was fresh and the cost was reasonable. The staff was thorough and friendly. The food was non edible!! The general Tso. Chicken was so hard that I couldn't even cut it with a knife. The taste was unbelievably horrible.The egg foo young was so bland & thick the gravy would not cook down to liquid gravy. Horrible!! Never Never again!!!

Theor service was so bad i could give them 0 stars. I ordered general tso's tofu with a larger white rice. When i got it they gave me CHICKE and a regular rice. mind you i have been vegan my whole life and i accidentally ate meat because they messed up my order. so i decided to call to see if i could get a remake or a refund and instead of them giving me that they told me to stop calling them. please do not order from this place with terrible customer service.
