I love Ni's Express! They have some of the best General T'so chicken in the area. The chicken pieces are just the right size with a bit of crunch, the sauce is actually spicy and it always tastes fresh. Unlike a lot of other local Chinese places, the chicken is never soggy either and I've ordered from here multiple times. Always ready fast within 5-10 mins. Love their broccoli and fried rice too. The girls working there are always super nice too, never had any problems with customer service. In my opinion, the best place in Parma for Chinese food!

They deliver which is a plus since not many Chinese restaurants in the area do. Delivery took about an hour though and I only live 5 minutes away. It wasn't a big deal for me since I wasn't in a rush to eat but this might bother some people. The food arrived warm (not hot) and everything was correct with our order. Everything was packaged nicely. The prices were very reasonable and cheaper than other similar restaurants nearby. The rice is yellow rice. I liked that the chicken was cut into smaller pieces. I would have preferred the general tso's chicken to be a little spicier but maybe that's my fault for not asking. Overall we would definitely order from here again!

I love their food. But revise your hours listed here on the Yelp site. I just called to order and it said you open until 10pm but you were actually closed. We've eaten there a hundred times!! But not since pandemic. Thought we would give it a try tonight.

Haven't been in here in a minute, hoped it had gotten better. Nope.Gotten worse. Order a steamed mixed veg and get chicken. When I came back with it she says " oh you wanted shrimp" I said steamed mix veg and pointed to the first one in the diet section. How do you screw that up?? I POINTED RIGHT TO IT?! If they can screw it up, they will.

Best. Chinese. Food. My friends raved about how good this Chinese place was and I finally checked it out myself. The food was incredible. I got Orange Chicken with fried rice, an egg roll, and wonton soup. With each meal, you get an egg roll for free with it. The pieces of chicken are bite size and it makes it so much easier to eat. It's actually genius. The prices are so affordable and the workers are INCREDIBLY kind. I honestly had the best experience with this Chinese take out. My friends also love the sesame chicken, general, and the sweet and sour soup. The lunch special is $5 and under and lots of food.

It's the worst chinese food I've personally had...but what do I know, I've only been eating Chinese food once a week or so for 20+ years in 4 different states.I ordered cashew chicken and they literally gave me what would have been average cashew chicken except they finished it with sweet and sour sauce instead of a light brown sauce or really ANY other sauce that would have made it edible.

We "WERE" long time customers! We have been going to Ni's since they opened! It is sadly time to move on. There prices have been going up. While there food quality has diminished. There menu indicates pork fried rice with the Combination Plate but now you only get Fried rice. Upcharge for meat!I will pay extra if that's what's needed to give me the Quality I expect but "DECEITFUL TACTICS" will drive me away. If you decided to try them after reading this review, MAYBE you will have a better experience. As for us, were done!

Typical Chinese takeout and delivery. (Has never gotten my order wrong once when having food delivered.) -Even though I could detect a touch of spite within the young woman's voice while I was ordering... Which made me like her immediately. All the typical fare.... Apps, chicken, beef, pork and seafood dishes. All good but nothing special... But solid.

We were looking for a new place for Chinese nearby and thought we would give Ni's a try. Went with the chicken with mixed veggies, pork fried rice, egg rolls and crab rangouns. Definitely amoung the best Chinese food we have had. Recommend giving them a try. You won't be disappointed.
