Ben going to Nick's Place for over 40 years! Love the Chili , Hunky Dog and Fry's with a Great Cold Beer! The Whole Menu is good! As a matter of fact t, I think I'll go there this evening!

Just a great local bar with good food. The service is excellent and it's a clean and fun place to visit. If you're looking for a local, good time bar with decent food, this is it. I recommend!

We went there a few days ago. 1st I've been in a few years (I work on the other side of town now). I had a cheeseburger and fries. Still the same! Burger was cooked as ordered, served with the requested toppings and a lot of fresh cut fries. Delicious!Can't wait to go back and get the chicken sandwich with honey mustard sauce. Seriously, one of the best sandwiches on that side of town (or it used to be). I'll report back on this in a few weeks or so.The atmosphere is amazingly unchanged. It's a complete time warp, from the old beer signs (Andeker, Erlanger, Christian Morline!) to the ceiling tile advertisements and the tabletops. Very clean too! Glad to see this one is still around and doing well.

Nick & Jimmys has been a staple on Toledo's far-Westside for at least the last 30+ years and I always find a reason to go back whenever I am in town. Food & beer selection is good, and the grub is traditional bar. The setting & environment is the history and what keeps bringing me back!

We came in and sat for 20 mins without anyone even coming up and asking if we wanted anything. When they finally did actually arrive we told them we were leaving because we couldn't get any service. It is absolutely ridiculous. This service is horrible.

Never been there when the music was BLASTING. Damn near had to text people at our table just to communicate. Waitress was eh. It was Sunday night about 7pm. The place was NOT busy at all.Asked the waitress about the music volume. She said she would ask. Nothing changed. If this is now how it's gonna be then we won't come back. Made sure this was reflected in the tip!

I have come to Nick & Jimmy's since high school. Mmm let's say getting close to 50 yrs? It has only gotten better. The food is good, never had a bad plate. The wait staff last visit was fantastic. Perhaps all my visits I have no complaint. The place is what I expect in a wonderful restaurant you might find in New York or Chicago. It's stood the test of time. And I need to remember this gem more often. I did have a bad chair last visit. But was enjoying it all too much to say something. I should have just changed it. lol. But please don't buy new crap for your floor! Just keep doing what you do. And maybe find that seat a fix it. lol

If this place was smart they would bring back Melissa Nevers! Best bartender in Toledo! Just sayin....5 stars for Mel!And damn good burgers.

We ordered carryout for our work lunch and were very satisfied with the portions and speedy turnaround. Katie was very pleasant and made sure our orders were correct. The food tasted excellent and the provided condiments were perfect. We will be ordering again! Thanks!
