Next Door Pub & Grub

If we had been able to get down the street to our favorite pizza spot in Maumee I would have never convinced my man to try the spot. It's in a shopping Center Plaza kind of off of the main road. I have been before but just for a beer. We sat at the bar area and the bartender was really nice. Sorry I didn't get her name. You can tell there's a lot of regulars that come here but we were treated just the same. They have about 10 taps and had a few ipas on there for me. What I really like is the prices. An IPA for $5? Can't hardly find that anymore. So we had two rounds of beer each and got two appetizers. I spinach dip and some pepperoni egg rolls. Both were actually really good. Spinach dip could use some more seasoning but that just seems to be the case almost everywhere anymore. Food came out fast and was delivered hot. Beer was Ice cold. It's kind of a small spot so you're either going to sit at the bar or at one of the few tables that are around the bar area. Lots of TVs around the bar. $31 for both of us. I do recommend.

We travel from MI to PA along the toll road several times a year. We get so tired of the lack of food options at the toll plazas so decided to find a place to eat just off the highway. We were pleasantly surprised by the food and will definitely be back. My husband had the stuffed burger and eventually had to eat it with a fork and knife it was so big. Our daughter loves French Dips and said this one is one of her favorites. I had the $6 Sunday pizza and shamefully ate the entire thing it was so good.

Great staff. Fair prices. Nice bar to go anytime during the day and night. Pizza Sunday is a great deal for bar pizza.

Nice crowd in this comfortable establishment. I have to agree with the previous review on the Guiness Onion Soup, what a great flavor and made from scratch. My stuffed burger was just how you want a juicy burger to be and complimented by nice crispy but not too crispy onion rings....oh yeah

Neighborhood pub with a small menu. Sandwiches were excellent!Bartender was friendly. Seems like most people were regulars.

Great place but they keep skipping my song. I'll definitely come back and see if they give it a try. Bartenders are great. Jojo and Jen and Nate and Amy and Aaron and everyone else but I need to hear my music. Great food great people but lemme hear my music please also I love Jen she's a pretty good bartender. And the owner regan is awesome and I whooped her and Aaron at Mario kart and Mario party but great place. Hope to see y'all soon!

Really fun place beer great but stuffed burger was really undercooked...but they did take it off our bill

My husband and I ate here for lunch without the kiddos. It is definitely a small place, which is something we enjoy. It also wasn't busy when we were there for lunch, which was nice because we got fast service easily! The sandwich I picked was very tasty (pizza like sandwich), and I could tell the green peppers that I picked to be on it were really fresh. I was disappointed when I couldn't get the coleslaw because they were out and I was asked politely if I minded having chips; the owner started that they had to make more coleslaw; so, then I thought, well they make it fresh as can be! I will be back for sure to try the coleslaw and eat lunch again!
