Nervous Dog Coffee Bar - West Akron

We visited this coffee bar at about 11am. We were immediately greeted with a good morning from all the baristas, and they were all super nice. We asked them about what was in a chai latte cause my mom didn't believe me when I said there was no coffee in it, and they were nice even though I knew it was a pretty dumb question. My mom's chai latte had skim milk and was delicious even to me who hates tea with a passion. The triple threat was absolutely perfect, thank god she remembered to ask me if I wanted it iced or not cause I nearly forgot. It's really sweet, but I love a good sweet latte.My mom's really enjoyed her Russian Tea Biscuit. It had dried fruit in it, and she loved it. The little shop was super crowded but they served us quickly. One of the baristas explained to us again about the chai latte when we got it because my mom was worried about how sugar it was. The coffee shop was super welcoming and nice. It was exactly the vibes you would expect from a coffee shop.

I purchased an espresso, macchiato traditional. it had a very strong flavor, which was good, but not very smooth. The presentation was just OK. The staff was friendly and engaging. It's a little bit dark in this coffee shop. With the exception of one table that is in almost like a greenhouse type area. There seems to be plenty of parking in a private parking lot.

Stopped in Nervous Dog on the way out of town because the name was cute. Lots of hot and cold coffee options as well as a few breakfast options. Service was quick on coffee. Got there at the right time before a big group. They have indoor and outdoor seating options.

One of the best cafe mocha I tasted in my life.Full flavor, excellent aroma and not too sweet. All in a very relaxing environment with a very friendly service.

Your one-stop shop for your breakfast needs! We shared 2 bagel sandwiches: a sausage, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel and a spinach, provolone, egg, and red onions on a wheat bagel. My favorite was the former, just a classic that you can't go wrong with. The latter sandwich was more refreshing, if you want something a little lighter. Their selection of signature lattes were so intriguing to me, but I wasn't sure if I wanted such a decadent drink in the morning. We got the Original Chihuahua (which had spices added to the coffee: dark chocolate, clove, and cayenne) and the Breve Milano. I loved how smooth the Breve Milano was but also loved the added spice and slight bitterness from the chocolate on the Chihuahua. There is high top window seating and a few tables for groups or 4 or so. This location was not serving lunch sandwiches temporarily, but have the breakfast sandwiches all day. Funny that there is a Nervous Dog location up in Cleveland, where we were visiting from..yet this was the first time we've had it. I'd come back to try any of their Featured Beverages!

Not from around here but had someone tell me nervous dog was a good place to try. My friend and I went and got the blueberry muffins, the tulip cookies, and the vanilla iced lattes. All 10/10. Super rustic/industrial vibe too. Quick and friendly service. definitely stop here!!

Nice building, fairly dim setting.Coffee was okay at best, tasted very watery and sour, not sure if that's just the blend they use but it's not very flavorful.

No complaints! Often busy and did work here. Staff is super cool! Nothing special about the coffee tho

Perfect pick-me-up coffee for the long afternoon. Staff is always super friendly, and I can usually get in and out pretty quickly. I've only sat inside a few times, but I do like the atmosphere.

.... EWE GROSS ! Both coffee's were nasty tasting ! The caramel macchiato with almond milk was foul, it had to have been rotten almond milk , it was so bad I wouldn't let my mom drink it , she said Hey this coffee tastes odd, I tasted it.... It was rancid. My reg. Cappuccino was awful also ... it was so bitter and old tasting ,,, like they dont clean their machines or the coffee beans are old !! Don't know for sure. But I dumped them both down the drain. If you want a smooth rich yummy cup of coffee , Do Not go here. I will not be back.
