Natalie did my cutting cake & cookies for my wedding in June. She was truly amazing to work with and the desserts were absolutely delicious. We had our of state friends raving over her cookies asking who made them! If you're on the hunt for some yummy treats definitely check out Natalie's catering options & desserts. I wish someone would have told me not to use Natalie's for my wedding. I experienced the worst customer service, and am still fighting a $450 dollar claim months after my wedding.If you are interested, here is my experience:I was told a few months before my wedding that Natalie would deliever my cupcakes the day of my wedding, no extra charge. Three days before my wedding, Natalie called to inform me that delivery would be an extra $100 dollars. Because I did not have her original promise to deliver my cupcakes in writing, and because I did not have someone to pick up 250 cupcakes or a spare $100 dollars, I asked Natalie to cancel my order. Natalie said that she could cancel my order, but there would be no refund. I was floored. Natalie was ready to charge me for services that she wasn't even providing. After trying to negoitate with Natalie (and being called nasty words) I filed a dispute through my bank. The dispute process was a headache three days before my wedding, and trying to find another caterer that quickly was a nightmare. I only share my story because I wish someone would have warned me to stay away from Natalies. Any company that is ready to charge you for services you never received, is an untrustworthy company to me. I wish I would have never trusted my money to this company. I am just hoping I will be able get it back.
