Muze is an open concept pub with excellent food and immaculate vibes. Excellent vegan options on the menu at this inclusive and inviting space. The Funky Fungai Pizza was consumed rather quickly and now ranks pretty high on my list of good vegan pizza in greater Cleveland. Our server was also very attentive and helpful. Can't wait to return for karaoke or trivia (or drag bingo).

I tried Muze out during Cleveland Wing Week since the photo looked great. The staff was friendly and the wings were delicious as well as the oven baked s'more. It was a great atmosphere.

Entertainment was amazing. Service was horrible. Didn't get our drink orders for over 50 minutes and our food came before our drinks. Oh and we didn't even get water until we asked for it when our food was served.

Our first visit to Cleveland and some friends took us to Muze. It was Saturday night. We had a great time watching the drag show. The food was really good. We liked everything we tried. Fun & welcoming atmosphere. Every table was full. Lauren was our server and did a great job for such a busy night.

Great state of the art decor, fantastic pizza and wings, and wine list, friendly, efficient staff. Gay friendly, not a gay bar. Go to the Drag Brunch on Sunday noon! It's a hoot!

First time here & LOVED IT! Paella was amazing, pizza is delicious, and everyone loved the wings (humongous) and charcuterie! Deejay took great care of us -- we will definitely be back!

UPDATE: Muze Gastropub reached out to me about this review and I was able to give them another chance. I will chalk my initial review experience to just being a bad day for the business. This time, everyone was attentive, my friend and I were served very quickly upon being sat and the food was great! The server (whose name I could not hear) was a joy to work with. Would recommend.Old Review:This is not a review that I leave lightly, as I have dined at Muze a few times (2-3) and even recommended to friends. However, my most recent experience is what led me here. The food and drinks are excellent (if not a bit pricey).Yet, this time I was not greeted, fine, typical for a Saturday night, plus they had a sign that says seat yourself. I took a seat in clear view of everyone, but was not acknowledged. Servers walked past, bartenders did not make eye contact. I truly felt ignored in a restaurant that is supposed to support my community. After 10 mins of being ignored, I decided to just get up and leave. I came to support this business, if you don't want my support I will go elsewhere.

Going to Muze on a Friday evening should have been good. It wasn't bad certainly not excellent. Sadly average. With only one server for their entire dining area service was obviously going to be slow. It was. Seating ourselves was okay. Getting menus and the pizza menu was fairly timely but not great rush. As a newish 'spot" they were already changing their drink menu so no drink menus. Their taps were untapped. They have a big bar...why the hell not. Our server got to us and took our drink orders. Got the drinks. Then for appetizers and couldn't let him leave before our mains. Granted he was super super nice but things were going against him. Had the paella with the shrimp and peppers. Nothing like you'd get from a Spanish restaurant. Dry rice, overly sweet and limp red and green peppers and about 6 hard shrimp - overdone. Edible but won't ever suggest it to someone else or get it again. EVER. My dinner companions got the root vegetable salad. A little shy shy on the root veggies and one with the same firm overcooked shrimp. One plain. Vinaigrette clearly out of a jug. The last of our party had a muze burger with an impossible burger. They enjoyed it. All in all if you're NOT fussy, and expect entertainment to cover fails in taste and value you should go to Muze. If not save your $$ and then when they get their act fully together and a whole host of rave reviews try them again and hope that they have. Btw the food wasn't worth photographing but didnt look as perfect as their website pics suggest.

I understand this place is newer, but I've seen no improvement in the 4-6 weeks. Service is terrible. The $25 brunch charged was a joke of a buffet. Servers need to visit their tables more often. Not just a section of the table, but the entire table. Don't fill one drink and then not ask everyone else if they need anything. Servers don't know their own menu. Not to mention every time I've been there the customer has to initiate contact. This includes bartenders, servers, and hosts at front door. Greet your guests and initiate it first. It's basic customer service. "Welcome, what can i get for you" goes a long way. I appreciate what this establishment is set out to do but if they don't get it together it's not going to last. Train your people or hire experienced people. Your menu isn't that large. I'll gladly change my review once i have an experience that is not subpar compared to other lgbt establishments.
