Muncheez

My friends and I came to Cleveland for a girls trip and wanted something different and we all were pleased with our choice to try Muncheez. I got the Philly Shrimp Wrap and OMG. Meat isn't fatty at all, the shrimp wasn't over cooked and it was very flavorful.

That food was so fucking good omg. Wings crispy fried without all that breading and sauced deliciously. The fries had sauce on every freaking layer. It was so good I'm literally itching to go back.

Overall okay.Not great.I had the 3 piece perch, it was a bit dry; but okay, the fries was great.Wife had the chicken Philly, she said chicken Philly was decent; but dry; maybe a special sauce could moisten it up a bit.I would probably go back for the cheesecake or a steak Philly.

Was hoping to love it and become a new go to spot, unfortunately won't be happening. I went there for the first time a few weeks back on a Sunday night, I placed my order over the phone the lady who took it didn't see like she should've been on the phone as she wasn't very customer oriented. I ordered the chicken and waffles with a side of fries with the "mild" sauce she said they had...then told me 15-20 mins. I got there right on time, but still was waiting 20 mins for my order. There's a plastic see through glass separating them from the customers and I saw the one of the cooks who were making people's food, pull his phone out with gloves on numerous times they ask don't stress wearing hair nets...both of these disappointments are health code violations! When I finally received my food, I looked and there was no sauce on the fries because I was informed there was no "mild sauce" after being told over the phone there was and I told them I didn't want buffalo sauce so I guess she didn't hear me when I said I'll take the Caroline gold sauce, they then took it back and put it on. I was disappointed to taste that the chicken was barely chicken...the boneless chicken they sell is so processed I could taste the fillers in them and after eating a couple, I threw the rest out and just ate the waffles. It's Sad to say, this black owned business, I won't be supporting nor will I be returning.

Pretty good hood spot for some takeout. I recommend ordering ahead because everything is cooked to order and may take some time. I will say it is a bit weird inside. there is thick glass and an intercom that you have to speak through. I assume they had safety issues in the past. the food is good though. i've had the fish on a cheat day and it was delicious.

I would give 5 stars but customer service needs work. Food is excellent though!! We come to Cleveland every year and always order at least twice while we are here

fish was old and nasty af and fries was cold af. 27$ down the drain !!!!!!!!!!!!!! cost your days

Turkey burger was cooked to perfection customer service was also good place was very clean

My son hiped me on to the steak sandwich wrap,I love it. I can't even eat the whole thing so, I share with grandson,He likes also.

First Time Visiting. Restaurant Itself Was Not That Clean , However I Asked For No Onions Cause I Am Allergic. There Were Onions In Everything. Second time. Customer Service Isn't Good. Female At Window Refused To Give Me My Order That I Already paid For Because My Phone Died So I Couldn't show DoorDash Receipt , But I Did Give every single Detail Of Order Including Name & Phone Number & Was Still Refused. I Will Not Be Back a Third
