Mount Granita Italian Ice

This place is the absolute best! My friend lives about a one minute walk from here so we've been a few times (if I lived that close I'd be there twice a week!) This is probably the best Italian ice I've ever had. It's light and refreshing- perfect for a hot day! It really tastes like you're eating frozen fruit. I think they have about 12 flavors. I've had a few different combinations but my favorite is mint mojito and watermelon. They sell pints to go which is super neat and they even have punch cards for a free Italian Ice! There is outdoor seating on the sidewalk and an ordering window outside. Or you can go inside where they have some tables and another spot to order. I truly love it here and I'm so glad they've come to Little Italy!

This was DELICIOUS!! (Always is!!!) They have so many option to pick from! I try a different one every time I come & if you live a little farther away than I do, you can pick some Italian ice to go from their "Granita to go" section!! The workers are so friendly and it's so nice to stop by on a hot summer day to cool off! The inside also has the cutest decorations & is styled perfectly for this little locally owned gem!You don't wanna miss out on this delicious Italian treat!!

This summer probably came here several times every week. All of the flavors I've tried are really good and they don't add any added sugar which is great. You can tell that it's all natural and fresh and all incredibly tasty. Everyone is super sweet and asks you how your day is going. You can definitely chitchat with your friends inside and there are tables outside if the weather is niceThey give you a punchcard and after eight Italian says you can get a regular size Italian for free.

Nice and light ice cream, mix of ice and cream. The service was excellent. Small cute place with indoor and outdoor seating.

A great summer treat. My group had the lime mojito, orange creamsicle, and grapefruit. All were super smooth and sweet but didn't leave you feeling extra heavy after. The person working behind the counter was really helpful and let us try a couple of flavors before we made a decision. Will be back again

I came here for the first time with my fiancé and my siblings a couple of weeks ago and it was amazing! My siblings have gone before and were so excited to take me when I came to town for a visit! My fiancé and I split a sampler and it was delicious!! The service was fast and friendly as well. The ambiance is lively and bright - it's especially fun since it is in Little Italy and there is a lot of vibrant energy during the summer time!

Stopped by here after work with a friend and honestly had such a good time. The staff was super friendly and happy to help us with samples and recommendations. I got the key lime and coconut and while I enjoyed both, the coconut adds a very pleasant and almost creamy taste to the combo. A bonus of the ice is that it's low in calories and they sell pints you can purchase in-store. The interior designs and decorations are adorable. The color palate is relatively simple and colorful. If you're walking by, you might also notice a little machine on the windowsill pumping out bubbles which just adds the right amount of childhood nostalgia to an Italian ice shop.

One of the best summer treats!! All of the flavors are delicious and dredging - strawberry and mango are my favorites. They also have rotating seasonal flavors. The service is always friendly and the space is clean. There is indoor and outdoor seating available! Perfect dessert after dinner in Little Italy.

We visited Mount Granita on a Thursday evening for an Yelp Elite event. Before you reach the front door you know it will be fun. There were bubbles blowing onto the sidewalk and vibrant colors used for the decor. You could order from outside or walk inside. Seating was inside or outside as well. We loved sitting on the sidewalk while eating our Italian ice. The staff person serving the Italian ice was engaging and bubbly. She seemed to be enjoying her job. That is always good to see.The Italian ice itself was soft with amazing flavor, without being overpowering. I prefer this to ice cream. As a bonus they had a take out cooler. We drove from the west side and it was worth the drive. We will make this a stop when visiting Little Italy.
