My MIL made reservations weeks ahead for her grand daughters and daughter in laws! Was seated within minutes, but took a bit for the waitress to approach us. But there's so much to choose from - it actually gave us time to decide. It was a bit loud and seating was tight. I ordered the chai tea and it was amazing! Everyone enjoyed their selections of tea and the teapots were different and adorable. Lunch was quaint. I personally had the tuna with wedding soup and cucumber salad. All delicious! The soup was the best part of my lunch. My 13-year-old ordered the kids Mac and cheese and thought it was way too cheesy. Afterwards we walked the gift shop and local shops along the town. Made for a great afternoon with family.

I was a little nervous we wouldn't get in, I know it is preferred to have reservations, but we came right when they opened. It was the best experience. It is a little pricey, however, I think you are paying for the experience too!The tea was piping hot and the service was great. The room is a little lower lit and quiet. Everything is themed perfectly for a tea room.

I have been wanting to go here for some time. It's a bit odd that it is inside a shopping plaza with a boutique attached. The service is what kills this place. They are completely understaffed for the number of reservations and walk ins they take. They either need to hire a lot more staff or need to cap the numbers they accept. Our server was seated quite a few tables at once, so I gave her a little Grace, but she was not great. She only took ordered for new customers and didn't check back on the ones she had.Kids did not like their Mac and cheese at at all. I did enjoy the tea room sampler. The pimento cheese and chicken salad were delicious. The tuna was just okay. Only go if you have hours to sit and wait.

Went here for a girls day with a friend who has been coming here for years. Miss Molly's definitely knows what they're doing! Though I did not love my salad, this is not my typical fare. The tea and breads very delicious and they have a nice location.

Cute little tea place in Medina! It's a little inflexible with their high tea/afternoon tea arrangements in that you have to call days in advance for a reservation and pay a deposit...but this was a spur of the moment thing so we went right at opening on a Sunday. There were barely any people there but we got sat at an awkward pillar adjacent seat. The sandwiches were good sized, the taste of everything was great and the presentation was quite nice. The tea selection is reasonable and the pots were more than ample. The décor and ambiance were reminiscent of an old fussy grandma's home rather than posh tea salon but it fit the setting. The lighting was way too dim for a tea place but rather romantic, I suppose. I would say the wait time was a little ridiculous for cold food...over 20 minutes to wait for sandwiches and chips...I wish there were more tea-esque options here like little cakes, pots of clotted cream, flaky pastries, Yorkshire pudding, treacle tart and other things I've only read about in Harry Potter...

I thought this would be a fun experience for my kids but turned into a lot of waiting. The tea room is located right off the main square in Medina. They offer parking in a lot next to the building. Upon entering it sort of a maze. You will want to walk down the main hall until almost the end and you will see a hostess stand. We dined on a Monday during lunch time and the dining area was about half full. The place is decorated in a custodian theme. The tables are close together. We ordered drinks and the kids were served their lemonade in a tea Kettle with tea cups. It was fun and they enjoyed pouring and drinking from them. We ordered food as well. I got a pick 3 combination and the kids ordered Mac n cheese off the kids menu. I thought the kids menu was pricey. Although it did come with a drink and cookie more than I wanted to spend. After enjoying the "tea" we realized we had been sitting there for awhile about a half hour had gone by and our food had not arrived. We also had not been visited by or seen my our waitress. Another 15 minutes later and our food arrived after waiting 45 minutes with your children. I mentioned it took a long time and the waitress said they were short staffed and ran off. I feel like this is a standard response these days in the restaurant industry and I don't feel like that should negate the client experience. Although the food might take awhile we were never visited by the waitress during the 45 minutes to give us an updated, offered refills or even offered some tea bread while we waited. I tried the chicken salad and soup. Both were fine. The kids had Mac n cheese and applesauce both were from a box. I had to go to another table to get our waitress for refills. I ended up asking for the kids dessert cookie that came with the meal to go because the kids were ready to go after waiting so long. To pay you have to go through the gift shop. They asked how everything was and I mentioned we had to wait awhile for our food. I got am oh and please sign the receipt. I was just let with the feeling that they didn't appreciate us dining there and had felt ignored for most of our visit. Maybe they were overwhelmed but a simple update would have made or experience a lot better.

Have been coming here for a few years for my birthday every year and always enjoy myself. We have always gotten our own full meal plates/tea for 20ish. However, this year we decided to try out the high tea. Long story short, it was $33 PER person. I could have gone to a nice steak house for that price. There were four of us and we each were able to eat two small finger sandwiches and a few bite sized appetizers/desserts each. Again, everything was cute and tasted good, but for never would have paid that price tag per head for what we received. Left hungry.
