Our ladies group dined here for a Saturday lunch. We were very pleased to see original pretty tea pots and tea cups being used. Many other tea rooms do not use these decorative tea pots anymore when serving tea which is disappointing. The restaurant was beautiful decorated. Our entrees were delicious but small. The desserts were also tasty. If you're looking for a charming tea room this is the place to dine! The prices are pricy. The very tiny small wedge salad pictured was $16. $16 for a quarter of a head of .99 cent lettuce with a dab of blue cheese dressing, bacon bits. Shameful. Tiny Dessert $8My opinion You're paying for the ambience.

Weird service vibe. We had a party of 16. Tea was fine. Food was fine. I would rather spend more and have a better experience. I wouldn't go back.

We went for lunch/tea with Mom. It was a beautiful day and we were lucky to be served in the back patio. The setting is magical and the teas, sandwiches, scones and tea cake were scrumptious. I highly recommend for a relaxing get away from it all outing. They like you to have reservations but make it hard to do so. We were walk ins and felt lucky to get served.

I brought my mom here for a belated Mother's Day lunch. First this place is adorable! The staff and dressed to fit the time period of the decor which is beautiful. We made a reservation which I would suggest because this place gets busy. With your reservation you get 2 hours with the table which is a good estimate (we took about 1.5 hours) We tried 2 teas both delicious - I couldn't decide what I liked better. We had the angel's dream and the blue lady tea. We shared the high tea which has three tiers. The bottom was finger sandwiches - cucumber, egg salad, blt, and chicken salad wonton cups. The cucumber was my favorite. The second layer was desserts - the scone of the week and lemon cake. Both heavenly! The lemon cake melts in your mouth. The top layer was strawberries. We also shared a wedge salad. Between all of that we had plenty to eat. It was a great experience overall!

I recently had a great tea experience here on a Saturday afternoon (reservation recommended). I came here with some of my tea ladies, you know us the ones all dressed up and wearing our fabulous hats. I had no idea there was this cute historical house in the area because it is nicely tucked in the woods away from the commotion of 71. We sat in the back room by the large windows overlooking their picturesque back patio (open in the summer). After having our server decide what tea option out of my top 3 choices was best for me, I ended up thoroughly enjoying the orange cinnamon spice tea. And everyone at the table ordered the 3-tier tea sampler for lunch. Not only was this beautiful but also delicious with finger sandwiches, scones, breads and fruit. I have been sharing my experience and showing my pictures to everyone.

I brought my best friend here as a special treat for her birthday. To be honest neither of us had ever been to a tearoom before and were inspired by a TikTok creator we love, so we definitely weren't the usual audience. The service was fantastic. Our server actually heard us talking about the tomato soup and brought it out for us free of charge (it was absolutely delicious). The table next to us had a birthday and the staff sang her happy birthday and brought out a treat. We chatted with them a bit and they said they had only mentioned the birthday over the phone when making the reservation. The staff and owner seemed incredibly thoughtful and kind throughout our visit. The food was very good, and the tea was even better. Great selection of teas and the pots and cups are adorable. The atmosphere in general was so fun and the place was beautifully decorated.I see others mentioning price, but the high tea sampler seemed very fairly priced to me and was very good. The one add-on we got was a little pricey but once again absolutely delicious. The little gift shop near the till was also adorable. I got myself the cutest strainer. I will definitely be coming back.

Great tea, good food, smallish portions but enough. Adorable surroundings, great patio! Great bread pudding!

This was a very cute and sweet location with a great atmosphere and food! The only flaw in our experience was the service. The servers were rude and dismissive. They were not knowledgeable on the tea when we asked about the difference between "earl grey" and "lady grey" tea. My aunt went to pay for the tea and they were very condescending towards her. They said to her "you know it's a lot of money" and "you also will have to pay for the tip". It felt as though she could not afford high tea, which is unnecessary and rude. Overall, cute, inexpensive and good food but the service needs serious improvement. I would like to add that this is the first negative comment I have ever made towards a business and I am trying my best to not come across as disrespectful towards this business, but the service was dismissive, rude, and uneducated on tea.

I would rate my experience higher if it were not for the way the management addressed us at the end of our meal. A gentleman dressed in soiled clothes- shorts and a t-shirt, approached the table and said "Ding Dong, it's time to go!" The restaurant closed at 3pm. It was 3:15 when he asked us to go. Mind you our lunch took awhile to get to us and we were about to pack it up anyway. Regardless it was rude and unprofessional to address us this way, especially since we were there to celebrate a birthday. What a way to spoil our experience.

I love this place, great atmosphere, great place to take your great babies. Cute little teacup and teapot and the food was excellent. It's worth the trip.
