Minotti's Wine & Liquor

Minotti's is a rather small store, but it has a very good selection of liquor, wine and beer. I love stopping in here when I'm looking for a gift for someone. It's a very well-organized store and it's easy to find what you're looking for. The people working there are always so kind and offer their help. I'd much rather purchase my spirits here than a big grocery store.

Great service and great selection of all kinds of liquor and beer. I was looking for Middleton and they couldn't find any and they gave me the lowdown on what's going on. we had a great discussion on wine and beer and I really think that these are some knowledgeable people who are committed to doing great customer service.

Frequently rude and sarcastic when you ask for bourbon. They hold bourbon for their friends and do not put allocated bottles out when received. We understand 50% need to go to wholesale accounts but they should be putting out half of the allocation for allotment.

I think this Minotti's has the best selection. We've been trying to make some of our favorite cocktails at home and, it turns out, our favorite cocktails require kind of obscure ingredients. Asking for creme de violette or green chartreuse at other liquor stores just yielded "....." faces and no help what-so-ever. At Minotti's they've been able to point us to what we were looking for or offer to order it for us, which has been really nice. This specific location, I think, is worlds above the location in Parma. The selection is bigger and the staff is nicer. If you're in the market for liquor (and let's be honest, who isn't!?) this is the place to go. Especially if what you are looking for is unusual or hard to find.

Minottis is the place to go to for your everyday purchase or even for a big event. They were highly recommended by all of our wedding vendors, and did a PERFECT job supplying us the alcohol we needed for our 150 person wedding. Joe Minotti (Rocky River location) gave us a near-perfect estimate of all the alcohol we would need so that we didn't overspend on alcohol we didn't use. He gave us a great price, and the delivery was made on time as expected. Just a perfect experience all around. Don't bother looking around for your next purchase or event, just go to Minottis!

Prices on shelves are wrong. Made 3 trips back and forth to the register (with 3 different products) and then gave up. Employees couldn't care less.

Was a regular customer for the past 12 years. I will not step foot in the store again after twice entering the store to find all employees and management not wearing state-required face coverings or making any attempt whatsoever to encourage or require any sort of physical distancing within the store. What a disgrace to show such disregard for the safety and well-being of your customers. You just lost a loyal customer.

Minotti's supplied the alcohol for our wedding on 6/30/18. The owner and other workers were extremely personable and helpful. Not only did they provide us with a good count of how much alcohol we would need, but they also were willing to give us suggestions of what types of alcohol we should go with. Minotti's delivers the alcohol to the venue. They also allow you to return unopened cases of beer and wine. They give you a fair, honest estimate and don't try to take advantage of you.We were very pleased with this establishment. Thank you, Minotti's!!

They steal from customers. When I stop in I occasionally buy lottery tickets. Today I went in and had some tickets to check for winners. I began to scan my tickets and had 1 winner. Before I could finish scanning them all the clerk stopped me and offered to scan them all for me as it would be faster. After scanning he declared they were all losers. I stated that I know I had a winner but he insisted they were all losers. I asked for all of my tickets back but he did not return the winner to me and insisted he gave them all back. They are stealing winning lottery tickets from customers.
