I had an absolutely horrible experience there this morning. An older gentleman (seems to be one of the owners) was extremely rude and professional to not just me but another customer as well. I understand that some of the bourbon guys can be a little tough to deal with but I was very polite to you. We are paying customers too and spend a tremendous amount of money at your stores. BEWARE PEOPLE ONE OF THE OWNERS IS AN @$$hole and does not value your business. I for one will not support someone that devalues their customer base and thinks it ok to speak to be in the manner you did

Excellent selections of hard to find bourbons. Sad unfriendly customer service that is not so hard to find! The overweight gentleman in the blue shirt (only being descriptive) decided to share his bad mood work day with me by ignoring me. Small store where a greeting or the occasional "Are you finding what you are looking for...let me know if you have questions?" Would go a long way! Next time I think I will shop at Giant Eagle as they have very similar selections and great service!Sunday August 1, 2021 @ 3:30 pm.

Great selection and the staff is always really friendly and helpful. This is my favorite local liquor store. Pete - he is awesome, after I emailed a suggestion that they carry a couple of my fav local ohio wines, they now have Paper Moon in stock...stop by and see them and pick up a bottle of Harvest Blend!!

Extremely rude!! I called looking for a specific brand and he joked to me about it (I have no idea what I'm looking for I was calling for someone who asked me to look) he then was really rude and hung up! Garbage owners terrible service I would've came and got other stuff too! Not anymore!! Don't go here

I'm out of town so didn't really know the closing time but I guess I came in two minutes till closing I respect recommended the store but I definitely won't be going back I asked the cashier if they had a shot of something and he said no we're closed you gotta make it quick who doesn't want to upsell or make more money regardless if you're closing or not and I'm spending my money here I definitely won't be coming back literally the rudest place and I discourage you guys from coming because if you're looking for a good time your vibe will definitely be run by the store 1000% do not recommend. If I could give zero I definitely would you'll find cheaper with better service at your local gas station I promise.

Great staff here and good selection in a location that is convenient for me! Could use a little bit of a bigger parking lot in the future but they are working with what they got.

First time visiting. They happen to be one of the OHLQ sites that gets allocated products. The person answering the phone actually was not rude when I called about a particular product I was interested in. I live an hour away. When I arrived, I was greeted quickly and asked if I could be helped to find anything. I asked for the bourbon and the (I'm assuming owner / manager at the register) pulled the remaining one off the shelf behind him and began ringing me up. I said, 'oh, I got the last one' and chuckled. He replied 'no we have more'. I said, 'oh my friend is also looking for one, I will send my wife in to get one too'. His reply was 'not today you won't'. I was like , 'huh?' one per person, she is a different person. he went on to ramble some nonsense about how it wouldn't go through because we lived together and had the same address and the machine would reject the card because of that. I am looking at him like, do I look like a complete idiot? (I don't). She would have been able to pay cash, but at that point, I was leaving because of the somewhat douche-y response. it is a shame, but I am sure that he gets enough business from his 'regulars' that he doesn't feel he needs to be nice to outsiders. I'm not sure if I would return or not. (my wife wanted to go in and cause a stir when I returned to the car and told her. I talked her down, LOL).

Good selection. Prices are a bit higher than other places so I only go if I need something I can't find other places. I'd be more inclined to support their business even with higher prices but their customer services, mainly just rude, is lacking. Rozi's and Cap and Corks are good places.

I grew up in North Olmsted. My first purchase at 21 was from Minotti's, and it's my first stop when I return home for a wedding or family visit. They always have something great and rare from the wine, craft brew, or bourbon world. And if I don't recognize it right away the staff is always helpful and accurate on their recommendations. It's a local business, and family owned. It's important we cherish and support these types of businesses, especially today. I was lucky enough to find a 15yr calumet this time... can't wait to see what I find next time!

I feel like a kid in a candy store if all the candy was adult beverages. Great place hands down.
