Ming Home

Food is ok. Service - oh boy! The service sucks! Typical Asian Chinese restaurant without any customer service skills. All 5 Ming Home restaurant members hollering at each other with their Chinese dialog. It doesn't look very pleasant. On top of that, I ordered online and I should be able to my food right at the counter instead of waiting in line. I informed the restaurant guy at the counter that I ordered online, all he did was hollering at me with two words " HOLD ON!!!" Many foreigners come to the United States, but they also brought the negative customer service culture to the U.S. What is the most obvious scenario between a typical Chinese restaurant and an American restaurant when you walk in?***Chinese restaurant will ask " How many?" then say "Follow me!"***American restaurant will greet you and ask you "How many people? Booth or table?"I will not go back to Ming Home!

I ordered take out and it was the worst dinner I've ordered on Uber Eats. Heavily breaded shrimp, over sauced ribs, just the entire meal went straight into the trash-not edible. Will never order from here.

Sorry, ordered the general tso chicken combo. Chicken was COLD and tuff. While the rice was hot. Plus don't like the sauce on the chicken, much perfer the dark sauce

Mediocre at best. Wont be back. General Tso's chicken was bland, their fried rice was ok at best, portion size was large.

Food was hot and delivered early. And it was good. Order your food online on their webpage. Navigating thru it was a breeze. Not your neighborhood Chinese food spot!

Love the shrimp lo mien. Great portion sizes. I also like the their egg rolls Which are delicious. A great choice for Chinese food.

We've been going here for years. The food is good and the prices are reasonable. It's a nice family owned business and one of the only Chinese places in the area where you can sit down and eat.

Food is consistent but my last trip I was charged for a "mushroom lo mein" that we didn't receive nor did we order. When I drove back up I was treated like I was trying to rip them off. They said they absolutely made it and that it was absolutely in my bag. Wont return

Not the same team in the kitchen? Food was awful. fried mushrooms were greasy ,taste freezer burned. Chicken wings were fried hard. And the ham fried rice was super salty with soy sauce. I'm a long time repeat customer. Sorry to say ;the price has increased and the quality has gone way way down. I can only hope Ming Home does a comeback. I will miss the good meals I've had there.

The chicken was dry, and the food was just average, I'm most dissatisfied, because I had some egg rolls prior to this visit that were so good, I thought everything else would be, very disappointed Horrible rice absolutely no flavor in anything!!!! Couldn't even dress it up with soy sauce
