We love this place. It is a family favorite of ours. Their recent expansion adding Rita's Ice has been a huge hit in our family. We go there at least once a week. They are always quick and friendly. Food is consistent and good. The dining room is always clean and comfortable.You really can't go wrong with Milky Way!

I was told my tunariffic panini and onion rings would take 15. Arrived and it took a total of about 25. The beer battered onion rings are amazing! The regular onion rings are crumbly and too round and rubbery. Customer service isn't the most efficient or welcoming but they are really friendly to any older couple I have seen come in. Mediocre dry pretzels.

Ripped off!! Not quite a baker's dozen! They charge $15 per dozen, claim to be a baker's dozen(13), but it's not, it's 12. Also, no employees there were wearing masks, despite the rise in covid infections.Stick with Bialys, their bagels are better anyway.

I got some food from the place and I only got half of the food I ordered. So I had to go back and get it. But they were very thoughtful and left it over the oven so it would not get cold. The food was yummy and they had good hummus and vegan options.

BEST BAGELS IN CLEVELAND!!! they are soft, huge and delicious. Even the next day the bagels are great Challah bread is wonderful. They have many vegetarian options, although I have not tried any yet so cannot review. Staff is very friendly, place is clean and open. Our family drives about 30 minutes each way to support and we are always happy with our experience.

Our best kosher meal in Cleveland so far. For breakfast place it's not bad. My avocado on what was pretty good. There was a generous but not overbearing amount of avocado omelette. Denise behind the counter was so pleasant and so friendly and made our experience outstanding. I would go back just to hear her words of wisdom and her bright attitude.

Milky way has really unique pizza with the array of different toppings they offer. I love their fried fish sandwich. The atmosphere is perfect for a family. The setup is self serve but the service is quick.
