Mike's Main Street Bar and Grill

The food here is definitely above average, especially for a bar. The pulled pork tater tots are well sized and very tasty. We had the leprechaun dust wings, which were very good and the Louisiana bacon, which were kind of odd but still tasty. We had service at the bar, which was very attentive and helpful. The drinks were delicious. The ambience is typical early afternoon bar. We will definitely be back.

I'd give it a one star but I did like it here until what just happened to us! We just got a charge for this place and we haven't been there in months. It was on my husband's card and he is out of town so unless they deliver to TX it's not our charge. Yes I will be disputing it with our bank but because it is in pending the bank told me to contact them so I did, I told them about this and the the lady I talked to was so rude and the owner won't call me back! I'm only doing what my bank told me to do. The owner first told the lady that he remembers that charge then the next time he said he don't have that charge! Well either way I'm fighting this and getting my money back from the bank or him! You don't need to talk to me this way and the owner needs to get back to me! I won't be back again !

Well it's been 4 years and food quality has gone downhill. I like the bartender and the owner but I have had to send food back so many times. The kitchen takes no pride in the way the food comes out. For example tonight I ordered a breaded chicken sandwich. The breading was black on half the sandwich. Tried it and yes tasted burnt. Told the bartender and he said it doesn't look too bad??? They are good about crediting you when they screw up. Didn't wait around for a remake. Out of last 10 meals there 6 were screwed up. I had stopped eating there but this trip back to town thought would give another chance.

Flew in for a few days attending the Pittsburgh International Race Complex for my boyfriends races; we stopped in for a quick drinks and a bite. Food was good, large portions. We sat at the bar area, it wasn't busy so service was good. We did however order food to go, which took quite a bit.Small little town. Not much going on but some places to eat.

Great spot to catch a game and enjoy some really great food! Welcoming atmosphere. Friendly staff

I just wanted to say this was the best quick sit down food we've received. I had my 2 older grandsons with me and I just wanted to eat real quick after the last restaurant spilled hot water all over me. It was very nice, the food was good and the waitress was really nice. We will be back thank you!

The food really is good, but the atmosphere and the type of crowd that gathers in the bar really ruined the whole experience. Probably won't be back.

I'm going to be straight up, this place blows. It used to be so cool here and had good food but now that it's under a new name and ownership it just sucks. My friend and I dined here today, and had a terrible experience. We both ordered the crispy chicken and fries, which are fryer foods might I add, and we waited about an hour for our food to come to the table. The waitress was pretty forgetful as we were observing other tables, but in all honesty I would be too if I were the only server working. Our food was ok, for some reason this place feels the need to completely torch the chicken when I order it, cause you can just tell that they were way overdone. I used to love the food here when they used to serve pasta and had a bigger menu, but I don't think I'll be returning here. I really really really don't recommend.

2nd verses, same as the first. I was a little shy about going into this place but glad I did! First, the food was spectacular. I ordered fish tacos which were out of this world. Highly recommended for a good place to eat. Secondly, the bartender made my visit worthwhile. Angie is not only a great bartender but she makes this place great. Awesome place!!

This is a bit of a delayed review but I definitely would NOT recommend this place. My close friend and I went here for what we thought would be a quick dine in and drinks to catch up. We ordered mixed drinks and food, waited over an hour for the "Asian slaw wraps" that were so saturated in coleslaw dressing that they were dripping it and absolutely disgusting. The fries were all clumped together and you can tell they were thrown in the fryer and never shaken. We asked for waters we never received. And the excuse for the long wait was "we have 15 year olds working the kitchen". Anyone who's mentioned this place, I make sure to tell them the awful experience my friend and I had. Would also like to add that the booth behind us had kids with them that were seated along the wall, when the adults asked the kids if they were ready to leave the children stated they had never received their food. To which the parents said "oh well guess we'll have to get you McDonald's" which would be a better option over this resultant any day.
