Michael's Bar & Grill

Great downtown area greasy spoon with descent fare and good sized portions. Admittedly, my experiences have all been for their breakfast menu, but I'm sure their efforts translate to other meals of the day.

I had the Clam chowder today, 2 chili dogs, and a small Greek salad. Everything was delicious! Open Friday evenings. Free parking downtown and there wasn't any wait. Come check this cozy place out and their reasonable prices.

The food is delicious! They have great specials throughout the week too. The staff was delightful and welcoming. Such a great find!

First time here, sure to be back. A cozy spot to get a great breakfast. The friendly speedy service was a plus. Tried the breakfast special with bacon cooked to a crunchy perfection. And the hash browns were crispy on the outside and creamy in the center. Great coffee and delicious food.

Hidden gem near downtown Toledo! Very casual place w outstanding ownership and employees. Fun atmosphere with great patrons. The food is simple and delicious. I would recommend a good ole cheeseburger with fries and gyro salad!

Went there for lunch yesterday and had a "difficult" experience. The food was fine, but the waitress was "unorganized" at best.My dining partner and I both ordered coleslaws. The waitress brought mine first and then 3-5 minutes later she brought my dining partner's slaw. I asked for some horseradish for my sandwich (4 times) and she finally brought it when I was down to the last 3 bites of the sandwich. Our drinks were dry for most of the meal.OK, so the food is still fine, but the wait staff can really screw up the dining experience. Waiting tables is really hard work. It takes physical strength, mental clarity and lots of organization. I guess our waitress kind of missed the mark.If you go here, try to sit in the back room. The waitresses back there are really good at what they do. The front room has more "action", but you may be troubled by the lack of attentiveness.

This is a great diner and bar in downtown Toledo. Great food, great service and really great prices. Ate breakfast for lunch (which I always love) and it did not disappoint. It also has a full service bar and bar area.When hungry for a great diner in Toledo come to Michael's! YOu will be glad you did! Eat Local!

Great staff... wonderful accessibility... delicious food! The staff always tries to accommodate special orders. We love Michael's!

Great food and great customer service. Also conveniently located near 475. I've been here a many times.
