The folks behind the bar are pleasant and will gladly let one sample anything they pour. The beer brewed there and at Avon Brewing is quite good although their IPAs are not nearly as good as can be found at Wadsworth Brewing.Ambiance: Well, it is what it is. Fine -- a "rehab'd" industrial environment. Sorta cool, actually.Recommended.

I have been in hundreds of breweries throughout the United States and this venue is one of the coolest venues that I have been in. Two story establishment. Multiple bars, 16 beers on tap. They have a store inside the restaurant where you can purchase craft beer and the food was very good. The basement area has a large bar and gives you the feeling that you're stepping back in time. The upper area is a large restaurant. Lots of windows facing the street with a large bar and the craft beer store, I had the brisket tacos for dinner. They were excellent. My son had loaded tots. The beer itself is decent. They have a very good Mexican lager. They cover all of the styles, including ciders, stouts and IPA. The overall quality of the beer was good not great . What really put it over the top was the venue itself. must stop if you're in the area

This is located on the bottom floor of the exchange market. There are several exterior entrances with their sign on it. Once inside the building follow the beer signs to their entrance. It can be a bit confusing but the signs help. The area is dark with lots of tvs. There is a skee ball game to play for $1. If you want drinks you go to the bar and order. Now that they are linked with a bbq restaurant a waitress comes to your table for food orders only. Sort of confusing but the waitress was nice and filled us in on what to do. They have a water picture that is always available on the brewery end. They have the vats and other beer making equipment all exposed so you can see on the one end. There are even stools lined up along the wall. I did not try the beer so I cannot comment on the taste. They did have a selection on their brew along with other local companies.

This is one of my favorite breweries in Medina County. I like the ambiance of it being in the basement and there is always plenty of seating. Every time I go, I always get a flight and I have never had a disappointing beer. I really like their fruity IPAs. A nice touch is that sometimes the beers in my flight come with some type of garnish, whether it be a coconut rim or a slice of pineapple which is something breweries don't take the time to do normally on a flight. The bartenders working have always been very friendly. They don't have food, but you can order from the restaurant upstairs or grab a snack from the attached market.

Outdated website made it disappointing that advertised menu was not available at this location. Several others who came in left because of it. Beer was great. Nice selection and tasted good. Pizza was priced well for the size and tasted wonderful. Service was so so. Had to ask for everything.

Had a great time at Medina Brewing Company. We have been here several times before and were always let down by the (lack of) food offerings. This time we had a pleasant surprise with the Keller Meats nano kitchen menu. The beer cheese soup, while delicious was unlike any other beer cheese soup we've had. The hunk of bread that accompanied the bowl of soup was a nice addition. I had the chicken pot pie for dinner, my husband enjoyed the Italian sausage sandwich-- both yummy! Our only complaint is the plastic dining ware. It was difficult to cut our food with the plastic utensils and I would've enjoyed actual plates and silverware. Overall, 5 stars. We'll be back!

Great new option for Medina! We had to go out and try this place when we heard it had open. We tried a couple of their IPA's, mine was Ugly IPA it was really good. There are 3 entrances to this place, it's in the basement but you can walk out by the railroad tracks for outdoor seating. The indoor area is wide open and they did an excellent job building it. The bathrooms were very clean. The workers were all wearing masks. We sat outside in a picnic table (there are about 4 in the back). They don't serve food but have a kiosk that you can order food delivered to you from upstairs... what an amazing option to have!!

Interesting venue. In addition to the bar seating, the bar is filled with large rectangular tables and chairs. You go to the bar and stand in line to order and receive your drinks. They offer a large variety of their craft beers along with domestics. They also serve cocktails. You are able to maintain a tab after giving them a credit card. There is a waitress available to take your order for food that comes from Big Dog Daddy's Barbecue. We went on a night that offered live music and was disappointed since the bar was very loud and overshadowed the very talented musicians. The acoustics are tinny and will leave your ears ringing.
