Mean Mugs Pub

First time at Mean Mugs, and we were very pleased. It's a big place with lots of seating, so our party of 5 got seating without any problems. Plenty of menu choices to satisfy the wide age range of our party, and the food was quite good, a definite step above regular tavern fare! We look forward to coming back for more!

I've been the mugs a few times.They have a great patio, especially in the evenings when it's cool in the summer. The staff is friendly and fairly attentive. They offer good selection of items on their menu. I like their double cheeseburger with crispy tater tots.I also like their Philly cheesesteak with lots of mushrooms, and of course, crispy tater tots. It's not a bad place to go have a burger and beer. My wife and I have enjoyed more than one evening there.So check it out if you Mentor

Excellent food came out really quickly! Very friendly and helpful service! Thanks Payton! The ambiance is laid back and casual and perfect for family time! Ample Parking Varied menu catering to all tastes! Would highly recommend!

This place was great. We were really surprised to see how large it is inside. Great seating options, large bar, and a full patio outside. Lots of TVs and good vibe. Service was friendly and engaging. Our wings were delicious. My burger was very good. Nice size patties, good toppings, and great flavor. My wife's BLT was also good. Pizza tasted fresh.

First time in and I was impressed. Our waitress Melissa made us feel right at home. It was like we were dining with friends. Food was great, good price and atmosphere was comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Got the taco wrap and a side order of onion rings. Both were delicious!Our waitress was excellent and fun, as was the runner helping out.Even though the place was packed, our order came out timely.Will return.

A hostile environment where children and mothers are discriminated against and told to sit in a corner after elderly males state they don't want women and children near them

Food was very good. Had the potato skins. Wings and mushrooms. Server seemed a bit rushed and not interested but just ok.

Service was great, though they tend to hover.,.Food (appetizers: fried cheese, mushrooms; meal: burger, chicken sandwich)was good until the chicken sandwich - it was not cooked all the way through. I watched several staff members clear "unused" items from tables (rolled silverware/plates) and put them back to be re-used. I asked our server about this and she said management makes them! This is EXTREMELY unsanitary!Just because somebody didnt "use" something, doesn't mean they didn't cough on it, sneeze on it and/or touch it with unwashed hands.This tells me management cares more about their dime than about my health. Do Better!!!!!
