This has been my fav pizza place for years. Went in last night (because they refuse to be on ordering apps and I'm 1 street out of their delivery zone). The pizza has lost its charm. It was very tasteless. The water I got was truly disgusting and tasted like garbage. It clearly came out of an old faucet. This place is wonderful, I'm not sure what's going on right now, but hard pass until they fix it.

Master Pizza Painesville has been around for a long time. Its a terrific little pizza joint. The recipe is just the same as it was 40 years ago. Their sauce is what makes the pizza different & really tasty. It has a nice subtle sweet n tangy flavor. Also they use just the right amount of italian spices. You can also get various subs & sandwiches along with a nice selection of salads, appetizers and pasta entrees. They serve BBQ ribs too! Beer and Wine for adults & lots of soft drinks for the kids. A nice family restaurant. Eat in, Carry out and Delivery. I think you will be happy if you eat there.

Arrived at 8:10, the sign on the door said open til 9. We sat there for 10 minutes while the staff ignored us. Finally the waiter for the table across from us came over and said they closed at 8. Pizza is good but service is bad

asked for a pizza with half cheese only and half olives/bananas peppers and they gave me a pizza with olives on one half and that half had no cheese and the other half had cheese and banana peppers. asked for a new delivery and they were confused i wanted it delivered again so asked for a refund which they said can take a week to be refunded. way too many other pizza places out there to have issues like this. don't eat here.

We used to go to the master pizza years ago when it was Mentor when I was in high school. I tried this restaurant for the 1st time tonight I was blown away by the food how great it was from the piping hot pizza to the hot subs fresh from the oven we will definitely be going back this is not a drive by pizza place. My 10 year old grandson said that this is his favorite pizza place of all time.

We come here all the time and really love getting there meatball subs. Not sure what's going on lately though. We ordered the same as always and brought it home only to find they are now skimping on their sandwiches. Meatball sub had 3 meatballs cut in half for a twelve inch sub. 3 halves on each side, really?? I was wondering why the were laying on their side and looked really flat. It was mostly bread. I get that sometimes you have to cut back a little but this is ridiculous. Such a shame.

I felt i should update my review because of my more recent visits. The customer service is not good. I have had the price changed on me more than once and my order has had mistakes. It might be better when the older gentlemen is there working the oven,but he has not been for my last couple of orders. This is the pizza i received last night. If i wouldn't have already paid i would have not taken it.
