I recently went here with a friend to split a pizza on a weekend evening. We were able to place our order quickly and got our pizza in a timely manner. Master Pizza is a no-frills, hole-in-the-wall restaurant-everything is self-serve other than the pizza. My friend and I split the Ultimate Cheese Pizza on a Cleveland-style crust. The crust was perfectly cooked with a nice crunch and the cheese blend was also delicious. My only critique is that there was somehow too much cheese (a first for me), which could have been balanced out with some tomato sauce.

Been a customer for the past 31 years and I'm not sure what happened to this location? I have had issues the past three times coming here. 1st issue was my pizza's were way overcooked. I called the store and offered no solution. 2nd issue was the sauce was bitter. I called them and they said they weee not sure who prepped it but no one else said anything. They didn't offer a solution either. 3rd issue was I ordered a pizza 30 min in advance. I get there and cook said it would be 15 more minutes as this was ok because it was a Sunday during football season so I expects that. After 20 min another person told me they just put pizza in the oven and it would be 12 more min. I asked them to cancel the order and refund me. I went around the corner to Georgio's instead. Not sure I will ever come back because after the last three trips there I was patient and all had bad results.

Great customer service for being a chain is probably one of the better pizza places around the Mayfield area. They're very consistent and the pizzas is very good if you're looking for a good decent pizza this is the place.

Great place to grab a quick pizza and wings. Interior had been remodeled with a few small tables and booths. Pizza's are delicious and cooked well. Not the largest wings you will get but great flavor and tender. Grab your own drinks or adult beverages from the cooler. Very good salads. Reasonable price and quick/friendly service.

We always eat Master Pizza and they never disappoint. We usually get takeout but there's nothing like eating your pizza fresh out the oven! It's so good!! If y'all haven't tried them yet, you're missing a good thing.

After being a loyal customer since my friends and I started going in to the original location in Mayfield Hts. In high school (mid 1980's tonight they officially loste as a customer.I didn't say anything when they charged me forty six dollars and change for two SMALL pizzas and a salad... But when I asked for one more container of salad dressing and was told "ok, that will be another dollar" they lost me.Hey Mike (the owner) PIGS GET FED, HOGS GET SLAUGHTERED!

#ClevelandPizzaWeek This place is down the road from my work so I decided to try it out since it's pizza week!I'm always one to throw hot sauce on my pizza- and just about anything I eat! I had to try a slice without it first to get the full effect of flavor. No ragrets LOL!!! the char taste of the little pepperonis was soo on point! And the crust has such a good flavor to it, as well as the perfect amount of crunch and softness. It took about 30 min to be ready from when I ordered it, which is a little longer than the average 20 min for a medium pizza, but I imagine they're busy!

Some of THE pizza I've ever eaten. Very greasy but oh so worth it. The cheese was so melty and cooked perfectly, and it balanced so well with the sweet sauce and dough. Everything overall was incredible, and I will definitely be getting this pizza again when visiting the Cleveland area. Overall amazing!!!

Pizza was over 30 minutes past time it was supposed to be ready. Today was the first playoff game so you'd think they'd anticipate increased demand. The Bear, they were not. They were super chill. I sat I. Their cold, dull dining room for over 30 minutes. Couldn't watch the game because " their tv was broken." While I waited, they never offered me a glass of water or anything.
