Thankfully I had heard from a friend that had been here at a previous concert, which prepared me for this kind of odd venue. Parking around the venue is sparse but we got a spot at lot for $20 nearby, we didn't really see any others. It is very old, and could have a wonderful vintage charm to it if it had a little spruce. We had seats in the mezzanine which were a great view, but PHEW those steps are STEP! I would only come back here if it was a must see show.

We experienced the Masonic Cleveland on a VERY hot Tuesday night. We had tickets to see Skillet with the VIP Pre-Show Experience, allowing us Q&A, Trivia, and a group photo with the band. We were instructed to arrive no later than 4:30pm or we would not be allowed in. We arrived about 4:25pm and waited outside for another 10-15 minutes. Once inside, we waited in the hallway til 5:15pm for the actual VIP to start. It was cool to see and hear from them, but I was disappointed in our photo as the band members face's were completely washed out. I understand the venue needs to test lighting, but this little mistake cost all of us a decent photo. The Pre-Show ended about 5:45pm, allowing us first access to front row. Doors opened at 6pm and the show started at 7pm. Between 5:45pm and 7pm, we killed time by sitting on the floor and getting water. None of the water was cold, which kind of sucked considering it was the hottest day of the week and $3 each. The venue doesn't mention the lack of air conditioning on their website, so I was surprised by how hot it was in there. It was so hot, someone next to us almost passed out and had to leave. The show was AMAZING! We had an absolute blast, but there was some issues with sound. The acoustics were so loud and with the venues echo, it was hard to hear the lyrics to the song. You could tell the singers were struggling to overpower the music. By the time the show ended, it was about 10:30pm-11pm. I managed to get a picture with Eva Marie (Amanda Lyberg) from Eva Under Fire on my way out!

So hot in here.Worst place to see a concert.Went for Steve Hackett last night.. so definitely a show for the older generation (60s let's say..) and boy was it ridiculous seeing some people struggle getting up the stairs with no railings. I felt badly for them! Couldn't make out the words, but that could just be poor mixing versus poor acoustics. The place sounded good... just bad mixing.

One of the better venues to catch a music show. Sound is great, there is a rounded seating pattern making it an intimate setting. Pretty cool spot. In 2019 caught MGMT and Andrew Bird here so far.

Had tickets to a concert here and there's not enough parking provided. Three lots full. Never found parking to see the show. Never again. This should be illegal.

My first time at this venue and it was amazing. The entire staff were so friendly. This may be my new favorite indoor venue. Thank you for such a great experience!
