Margaritaville - Cleveland

Good drinks but the food is marginal at best. We had the nachos this time and they were ok. Certainly not the volcano as described.New Years eve dinner was still partially frozen

Waitress was great. Restaurant was dead silent, booth had a severely torn bench, bathroom was dirty, live birds inside lead to question how sanitary the restaurant is, food was mediocre to say the least. Overall for the price, quality and experience, avoid this place.

Massive brightly lit building with scarce servers slowly delivering forgettable food. Not the worst ever, but not worthy of a return visit.

1st time there. We went for lunch. It was not busy, only 2 other tables with customers . We asked for a booth and the man took us to a booth with badly torn seats and he did not apologize. He took us to a regular table. My wife's water glass came dirty. My chicken quesadillos had very little chicken and a lot of cheese. We were eating inside and two birds flew in and were flying around. My wife went to the ladies room. The garbage was overflowing and she had to try 3 sinks before one worked. Absolutely horrible! We will never go back again.

N if u want u can head right into the gift shop located right upfront to purchase your stay and collect your memories all in one .. back to the deck aye y'a matey ‍U sit outside n u feel like ur rockin on a boat . Margaritaville makes u feel like you can drink all night long . Oh waits it's still day time take off ur sunglasses n enjoy . Perfectly nooked in the corner views out ur cabin into the flats saying high to ur neighbors at punch bowl you feel right at sea. Bar is wavin' deck is coolin' mamba tail is a moovin. Let's welcome on todays menue .. oh I forgot to mention the most important thing thing about this ship of love .. it's pet friendly bc for one I do not leave home without him && two if I did he would smell the food off my breath n be sooo mad no fries n free belly rubs i could never . It's me n him against the waves We enjoyed . Bellies full enough to even take some back home for later later tsunami moonshine is all I got to say Seafood combo Fish n chips with Mac n cheese pup approved $80+ pricey for one I did get two full entrees I am one to always say I will pay $$ for seafood since we know MP is real real Breading was light fish was flakey a little lemon juice brings out all the flavors . Never again. We were seated right away, as the restaurant wasn't very busy. It took 40 minutes for our drinks to come to the table.... Yikes. Then our food took our food an additional hour to come out.The staff was not knowledgeable about the veggie burger, which is fine, as I know it's a burger joint. But it's the only thing I can eat on the menu. They brought someone out from the kitchen to answer my question and he said "I don't know, it's just a Sysco brand." OkaaayyyyyyySo I chose a salad without the chicken and the bacon. When it came to the table, my plate was an absolute mess. And then as I looked at the salad, I could tell why. They tossed the chicken into the salad, then realized they made a mistake and picked it out. Because there were tiny remnants of chicken all throughout. Did they think I wouldn't notice?My mom said she couldn't have pickles on her hamburger. And there were pickles on it. The waitress took the burger and brought it back less than five minutes later. Hmmmm....You can tell all the employees hate working there. We told them about our frustrations and they were not surprised and were mad along with us.The manager came and was super nice and said they'd remake our food, but we just had no interest in staying there any longer ....

The food is fine. It is a fun place to get drinks before a game though and the wait times are never bad!

Dominique at the bar is AMAZING!!! He is one of the best bartenders in Cleveland. He made our experience so much fun and he makes a MEANNNNN espresso martini. If you're in the flats make sure you stop by for a drink and some good times. I'll be back!

Dominque got the moves. Killed it with the espresso martini! We came by for a drink and he served us with the entertainment. 10/10 will be back just for him.

Eric the bartender is great. He stayed open later so we could get a drink and celebrate with my sister who called off her wedding. It was super slow so he was going to close early, so we really appreciated his efforts. Plus, he made delicious drinks! Thanks!​
