I ordered at 430 for 630 delivery to celebrate a family birthday. My order was 55 minutes late and when I called multiple, repeat multiple times to inquire where my order was the staff replied it's on its way each time. At one point she told us we shouldn't be having a party anyway during covid.... we had 6 family members. Of our order was on its way for delivery at 630.... then how did it arrive piping hot??? At that point it didn't matter I had already started making dinner.

Am meat pizza bowl for the win. Although I feel like the Marco's in Sheffield gave you more, so I couldn't give this one 5 stars. But the service was good and fast. My family members got a pepperoni pizza and as always they loved it. It makes me miss being home in Ohio; I grew up on Marco's.

Honest to God, I don't want to give any stars. For some reason my kids insist on Marcos. The food is average at best, with poor prices. The last three visits, they got my order wrong. This time, they forgot part of it. I picked the order up. Web site said 15 minutes...I waited 45! When I mentioned they had forgotten my wings, they told me it would be another 10 minutes. I told them to take it off my order, and the girl gave me a ton of attitude and told me she would have to fill out forms and corporate would refund my money within two weeks. I said that was not acceptable, and she gave more attitude. I am just done with this place...what a bunch of idiots!

The worst experience I've ever had ordering pizza! Ordered online with a 15 minute PROMISE to be ready. After waiting in line at the store then checking in on my pizza, I finally received a refund an hour later because my pizza....still wasn't ready. Even reached out to Marco's corporate office to complain and no resolution was provided.

I would put less then a star but not allowed. Called to see why my order was over 50 mins late and was berated by the manager. Said I was being unreasonable when I am literally 3 mins from the store. The nice kid that answered the phone must not have realized I could hear his conversation with the driver, besides the fact the tracking said my order went out 59 mins before and I am less than a mile from the store. The manager needs some serious training, so incredibly rude. My very large family will never order from them again. We are very big tippers so that's a shame for the good workers there.

Worst experience ordering form Marcos pizza in NORTH RIDGEVILLE. ! They Left our pizza on the CONCRETE in front of our place and didn't even tell us WHEN it was delivered!! You're telling me you can't ring the doorbell or knock? Oh and ants crawling on it. Spoke to a manager who was extremely rude and so unprofessional.No wonder they get 2 stars. Will never order form this sht hole again. Wouldn't give even 1 star for this service I just experienced.
