Pies are good but I paid nearly $30 for a medium coconut cream and a large lemon merengue. 12 very thin and small sugar cookies were $11.80! I really need to find another bakery.

Excellent filling but crust is like you are eating a cake. Way to thick and definitely not flakey.Kind of disappointed

Affordable, adorable, and absolutely delicious pie. We tried the French silk and apple caramel and both were delicious. No soggy bottoms and the crust was really good.

This is my favorite pie place in Cleveland area. They have the best bourbon pecan pie that I've ever had. Their coconut cream pie is also rich and delicious as well. Highly recommend this place.

I first found out about Mama Jo's from the Market District in Westlake. They had the mini pies there for sale and I grabbed one by chance when looking for a sweet treat. I didn't really have high expectations, but that pie blew me away! It was honestly the best pie I had ever had (the Buckeye Pie). It's the perfect mix of chocolate and peanut butter cream filling, loaded up with a generous portion of delectable whipped cream...and a few little cute buckeye chocolates to top it off. I was hooked. I since went back to Market District and tried a few other flavors, but none ever topped the Buckeye pie. I knew I wanted to make it to the actual Mama Jo's in Amherst at some point. So when I was in Cleveland for a recent trip (I live in AZ now), I drove to Mama Jo's to get my brother-in-law a pie. He likes the fruit pies, so I ordered him a blueberry pie. And of course I got a Buckeye one for myself :). The options here at Mama Jo's are endless. Even just choosing a berry pie, there were so many (Elderberry, Brambleberry, Blueberry). They also have a few different sizes to choose from. It's overwhelming! Which is why I was VERY grateful for the patient and friendly worker who helped me narrow down my choices. All told, I am more of an ice cream person than a pie person, but Mama Jo's is the lone exception where I'd choose a pie for dessert over ice cream. I love this place and the pies are killer!

Don't waste your money...bought an apple pie...canned pie filling...bad tasting crust...not the Mama Jo's pie quality from years ago. If I want a cheap tasting pie I can go to a discount store.

Good pie! Quick service from friendly staff. They seemed to have many loyal regulars as the staff knew several folks in front of me by name. Decent prices too. The brownies were too good. Problematically good. They did not last long.
