Maing Wok Kitchen - North Ridgeville

By far one of the best fried dumplings I have had in a long time. They are not too big and are ton of them that it can be split between two people. I ordered online and it was really easy and the time they said it would be ready was accurate and it was even ready before I got there. I got chicken Lo mien as well and again was a large portion that I saved and at for left overs! P.S I dropped the sauce in the plastic jug on my carpet and OH MY GOD! it did not spill and nothing leaked out. Huge plus

I went here to pick up dinner and honestly I regret it. The mall food court has better food then this . I was very disappointed and will not return. Save your money, I see other reviews are good ? We ordered several different dinners and the food did not seem fresh and the meat was questionable.

This is the best Chinese takeout in the area, period. We got hot and spicy pork, Szechuan chicken, pork fried rice, veggie lo mein, fried dumplings, and egg rolls. These are the chipotle burritos of egg rolls; they're huge, and that's great. Excellent hot wok flavor on everything. The dumplings were awesome. Both entrees were delicious. These are vague descriptions, but the point is it's very good. I wish I tried this place sooner, but better late than never! It's our go-to for Chinese food now.

Tried this place recently for the first time. Did online ordering and it was simple and the food was ready when I arrived. Everything we ordered was in the bag and it was reasonably priced in comparison to other Chinese food places we have been to. 2 combination plates and an order of Crab Rangoon. The Crab Rangoon was not very stuffed, and a little over crispy. My husband's sweet and sour chicken was decent as was my sesame chicken. The pork fried rice was good. The egg rolls however were disgusting. I took one bite and they tasted gross. I looked at it and the insides of the egg roll were grayish brown. I spit out what I had in my mouth and threw it away. We will probably not be eating here ever again or in a very long time.

Tried this place for the first time. Ordered two combination platters and an order of boneless ribs (5). My mistake - check the bag to make sure order is all there before walking out. Got home to discover the boneless ribs were not there (But was charged for them).We called the store and were challenged if we had actually ordered them (we had, and were charged for them!). We confirmed this with the guy on the phone. This store delivers too, so wouldn't you think they would offer to bring some out? No, just arguing with us if we are sure we ordered them. As for the food we did get... "chicken and broccoli" the wife said was good. "Sesame Chicken," according to the menu, was supposed to be "Hot & Spicy". It wasn't. No spice at all.Finally... No sauces like duck sauce or soy sauce were included or offered at checkout. (Again, my fault for not checking) Don't know if they even have them available as I will not be returning.

Wow I'm shocked this place doesn't have any reviews. I moved away years ago but always go here when I'm home to see family. This Chinese rest has been here for ever and the owners are great. The food is amazing and prices are great. Quick and quality service! My husband swears it's his favorite egg roll and he's Asian & traveled all over the country. Their steamed dumplings are very good. Pork fried rice is always a must. Highly recommend

Ordered take-out online (best feature of the restaurant) on a Monday night.Honestly, nothing in our order was very good. The food was buffet quality, at best. At worst, I had to doctor it in order to make it palatable. I had General Tso's Chicken...the chicken pieces were overly breaded and ball-shaped (very odd). The sauce was not pleasant, at all. The egg roll was marginal, and the hot & sour soup was relatively bland, save a strong peppery flavor that my wife did not appreciate.Long and short...we are still looking for quality Chinese food on the west side.

We have lived in North Ridgeville for 40 years. Maing Wok has been a great place for take out. Always loved everything. Something has changed with their Egg Foo Yung. Not as good as they used to be. They seem to be burned. Maybe they've changed their oils. Also, the gravy that we used to get years ago was a really good brown gravy, now they've changed it to a really salty dark liquid gravy that doesn't even taste like gravy. I had to make my own gravy. If they still have the good brown gravy that they used to put on their Egg Foo Yung, then they need to ask customers which they prefer.

Never come here!!!!!!The owner doesn't understand! One time about three weeks ago I was At home and someone dropped off food from my walk at my house exceptI did not order it I don't know what he did but I was able home! We LOVE Chinese food!! We've eaten at most places within a several mile radius within the Cleveland/N Ridgeville area. Maing Wok never disappoints! The absolute best dumplings, hands down. Every menu item we've ordered has been top notch. The owners/employees are always very nice!
