We order from Main Moon probably once every two weeks and we have no complaints really. It is a good place to to get your Chinese food fix in a pretty quick time and the pricing isn't half bad either.

We were spending the day baking, so ordered about half the menu for dinner. I enjoyed the chicken with snow peas. My mom got the rice noodles with shrimp, with sounded nice, but didn't have a lot of flavor, so we loaded it up with the snow peas, and that combo was really good! There was also an order of Buddhist's delight - veggies and tofu in the box, and while I didn't know what to expect, was also really great with the rice noodles. The crab rangoons weren't my favorite - a little flavorless. My sister really loved her roast pork egg roll. I found the veggie spring rolls pretty solid, and the chicken lo mein also. My cousin had the sweet and sour shrimp, and I didn't have the sauce, but the fried shrimp were quite good - they went fast! Delivery was quick, too, and the food was all packed in a big box, which made carrying it pretty easy.

Don't normally leave reviews but had to share this public service. Normally we love their food. Ate here many times. But today we ordered and they gave us the wrong order. Drove 10 min each way to get it. Called and they acknowledged they gave us the wrong order and said come get the correct one. Mind you, they made it very clear we had to bring back the other food and would not pass me the correct order to I handed them the food that was ALREADY OPENED!! This isn't an issue they needed to verify. They knew they gave us the wrong order. But WHY would they want the opened food back? So I asked. And he said, "They throw it away". Yeah right. Nasty nasty!! Normally a mistake like that a restatement says keep the other order and here's your correct order. Can't help but think they're going to recycle that for another order. Will not be going back after that eye opener.

It was my Mom's birthday dinner and she suggested we get her dinner from Main Moon. Upon eating the General Tso's, my husband discovered he had bit into a piece of chicken that had a metal screw in it. He thankfully did not damage teeth but easily could have. That discovery made everyone in the family lose their appetite. My Mom called Main Moon to report it, hoping for a refund on our order. Instead they kept insisting someone brings the meal with the screw back so they could see it and then they would give us a replacement General Tso's. We did not want to drive back, mid birthday party. Despite asking for a refund they said the most they would do is "credit a meal for next time". But why should there even be a next time? Accidents can happen anywhere but how a business reacts is what will make me decide where to still support.

I came here today for lunch. dindt call ahead but they recommend.drive thru only. I got a HUGE portion of chcken lo mein and pork fried rice AND a small egg drop soup for 6.50 it was the best I ever had. And its only 0.6 miles from my apartment.Yumm!!!!!!

This is first time Ive ordered here. They got the order wrong which was not supposed to be sweet and sour chicken.That wasn't a big deal but the chicken pellets taste just like someone forgot them in the deep fryer. They were hard and barely chewable no matter how much sauce you threw on them.

The bourbon chicken barely looks or tastes like chicken. I couldn't stomach trying to bite into or chew it. The consistency was rubbery. I was hoping it'd be similar to the bourbon chicken in the mall food courts - very far from. The sauce itself wasn't even good. Ordered veggie fried rice to go with it. The veggies were crunchy - raw like. Would be much better if steamed/cooked first. Ordered a side of white sauce thinking it'd be the white yum yum sauce - it was a thickened (like gelatinous) chicken broth? Hanami Express has much better food and is a few buildings down.

Delicious food...quick delivery...didn't know our order was at the front door, though? GrubHub delivered the order and should have at the very least knocked to let us know....thankfully, my husband heard a car door, and a few minutes later checked the front door, and our food was on the porch

Ihave ordered orange chicken and a beef dinner. I received the wrong order.The next time I went I ordered orange chicken and the chicken was very dry.I will not go to this restaurant anymore. I don't recommend this place.I will give it one star.
