My husband and I are fan of bubble tea, since this place is relatively new, we wanted to try and see if we like the flavor. The place looks really nice and pretty but the drinks weren't bubble tea at all. We ordered two drinks: black pearl and chai tea. They were both tasteless, they were just cold milk with tapioca pearls. We were so disappointed. The only reason you see it almost empty is because we were thirsty and for the price we paid we didn't just throw it away. We paid almost $18 for two bubble teas! I can't say about anything else in the menu, maybe they have some very tasty and deliciosos items, but If you are looking for a decent bubble tea, this is not the place to go.

Wanted to grab boba but when I went at 6pm, they were out of regular tapioca pearls and only had a limited selection of popping pearls. Customer service was terrible and the worker sounded annoyed when she was taking my order. I got a peach mango tea with passion fruit popping pearls. The drink itself was overly sweet, and tasted like pure syrup. Wouldn't get the bubble tea here since there are several other places in the area that offer much better tasting bubble teas.

This place is located in Southpark Mall on the second floor, at the top of the escalator. They have macaroons, ice cream, and bubble tea. I was sold when I heard they have dairy free options. I got the strawberry bubble tea with tapioca and oat milk. It was surprising delicious. Sometimes dairy free doesn't taste good with drinks, but this was very good. I'll have to go back to try the bubble cone Ice cream.

There were 6 people in store wanting waited on and 4 employees all in another world and certainly not paying attention to customers in the store. They just moved to newer bigger location and cannot even wait on people. I left very upset!

Drinks are terrible. Literally threw the drinks in the trash as soon we got them. Complete waste of my money. Two milk tea drinks were like warm, no ice, no sweetness, and tapioca pearls (boba) hard as a rock.

Very subpar experience here. There were two people behind the counter not busy and no one greeted me or asked if I needed help. Once I decided what I wanted I had to ask THEM to help me, go figure?! I asked if they made the cookies on site and the lady whispered something under her breath "shrugs. Once again no greeting after I made my purchase. I probably should have just walked out of the store but I wanted to support a Woman-Owned business. The price of the macarons was not an issue because I know the value of this dessert. The taste did not make up for the experience because the cookies were stale. Customer service and focus is key and this place lacks both.

Excellent! I LOVED LOVED LOVED them and enjoyed my pastries and sandwich so much, I went back for Fathers Day with my entire family. They mentioned they recently expanded into a larger location, in the food court and still getting use to the bigger location. I meet the Owner/Chef Robin, she was so kind and full of knowledge about French cuisine and her staff was very attentive. The store was just beautiful, clean and smelled delicious.I found the all the macaron I tasted to be exceptional even the vegan ones I tried. Just like the ones I had in France, I don't know why anyone would say something hateful but people do! I would return again and recommended the store to all my friends. I hope the Chef, wins the contest because she nailed the taste of the pastries!

I'm a huge bubble tea fan and tea lover. With that being said I am picky on my bubble tea, I know what's worth it. I ordered a small black milk tea with tapioca pearls. Honestly it was really awful, tastes nothing remotely close to tea and I believe the milk they used was spoiled. My friend tried it and said it tasted like cough syrup. The tapioca pearls were also stuck together making it impossible to actually drink through a straw. Only could get in two sips before I gave up. I would've asked for it to be remade because the milk was so SOUR, but the older lady at the register was very rude and lacked any customer experience, honestly I was afraid to say anything.I also ordered a Carmel bubble waffle, it was pretty good! But the way they served it to me made it so hard to eat. I was given the bubble waffle in a cup with a flimsy plastic spork, which made it incredibly hard to eat and so messy and sticky..... so sticky.....I've had bubble waffles before but never served in a cup, I understand the idea of it, you could assume it was mess free but everything being in a small cup made it even more harder to eat. I'd consider changing how you serve the waffles, they weren't half bad! Just so frustrating.Please put more care into your bubble tea, maybe a smaller menu of flavors will make it easier to serve a better quality beverage. 0 stars for the tea, 3 for the waffle.

Oh my goodness. This is soooooooo good. Warm made to order bubble waffle topped with ice cream, fruit, Pocky, Pirouette and mind all kinds of goodness. Remember this is a small business. So if they are busy there may be a little wait. But it is so worth it.
