Truly a cute gift shop with an upstairs and basement full of local flair and holiday/cabin-themed arts & craft creations. Merchandise is a mix of local, U.S., and non-U.S. made stuff such as wooden toys, outdoor-themed clothes and gag gifts, seasonal apple cider and maple syrup, candles, and wooden chotchkies. They offer their own hired horse-drawn buggy, hay, and sleigh rides throughout the seasons. They also feature bear and rustic themed furniture and horse care products. The house on a wooded lot is located on 422 near Parkman, Ohio, between Rt. 700 and 528.Owners opened around 2001 and named it in honor of their grandparents.A small business that prefers cash but accepts credit cards with a surcharge added. This is one of the stops in the Tour Geauga program.

I LOVE this place! I drive an hour to pick up pumpkins every year for the last 8 years. The gift shop is awesome and the prices are very reasonable. I hope to purchase some furniture this summer!

This fun little place out in Geauga County is a great spot to take the kids on a winter/Spring afternoon. We went out in early March - right in the middle of the sap harvest. For $2 you can hop on a horse drawn wagon and head out into the woods to harvest sap. The horse ride is only about 75 yards, and the wagon only fits a few people, so it's not really worth it - just walk out with the others. The kids will enjoy learning about how sap is harvested and how syrup is made. They will love harvesting the sap and then returning to taste some fresh syrup. The gift shop is quaint and filled with country knick-knacks and maple products. The syrup is very good and affordable. There is also a nice playground area in the front where the kids can play. The only complaint that I had was the parking was an issue, but the whole sap harvesting is free and the parking is free - so who cares if it's not too organized. Super fun.
