Staff was great.Tuna Nachos were great.House salad was very good.Everything else....Lasagna, Parm, Calamari was WAY too salty. I mean lip puckering salty, and frankly, not really that good.This was our second time there. Not impressed either time. Too bad.

Have been here a couple of times for dinner, sitting both outside on the patio and indoors, and both options have a lively ambiance! We loved the calamari, which is sooo tender and fried to perfection. The bolognese was so good, 3 people from the party ordered it and left not even a drop of sauce on the plate. I also love their fun cocktail menu, including the honey deuce which I was so surprised to see! One of my all time favorite drinks. The portions are generous, the ambiance chic, and all our servers have been knowledgeable and attentive. Also, free valet!

Back again for lunchtime drinks and pizza. We split the house salad and had the pizza bianco. We requested the Pinot noir onions on our pizza and they were delicious. Note to the chef: You should include these onions on the pizza bianco by default. They add so much to the pizza. We sat at the bar and I had a fantastic luxardo Manhattan. Grazie mille Dino for the fun and friendly service, you made our lunch special with your humor....you have your father's sense of humor!

The food was mid and service was mediocre. We sat at the bar and the server tried to remember our order without writing it down and needless to say, my food came out wrong so I had to wait while my friends at their food. I order the cauliflower but had to get them sautéed because of my dietary restrictions (GF). The sweet and sour sauce was tasty but the cauliflower might as well be raw. Then I got the Copa pizza on cauliflower crust. It was basic really couldn't taste the smoker mozzarella or the honey drizzle. As far as ambiance, it was nice until they opened the windows to the outside bar then we were sweating because it was 98 degrees outside. No one, including the bartenders understood who made that decision. The happy hour prices saved this from being a lower rating. I'd go back just to see if there's better tasting food than what we had.

I always make it a point to visit M Italian when I'm in Cleveland, and today I decided to treat myself to a solo date. I started with a Dragonberry Mojito, which was absolutely perfect - definitely a 10/10 and highly recommended! For my meal, I went with the Chicken Parmesan. It was decent, but I do wish it had been a bit crispier. Overall, still a solid experience, and I'll definitely be back for more.

Fantastic food, great service and wonderful and charming ambiance. I would highly recommend M Italian as the place to go when visiting Chagrin Falls!

$10.00 for half a container of Italian weeding soup that contained no meat. Basically broth and vegetables. There were also out of bread. Ridiculous

Super nice staff, clean, great atmosphere. The food is always great, nice portions, and they are generous with their bread. Our kids love it and they are constantly bringing more to the table. Cocktails are amazing. I love that this place is kinda formal but you could walk in with jeans and a nice shirt and feel right at home.

We went tonight and it was amazing! We both enjoyed our meal and looking forward to returning. I had the seafood pasta. My husband had the eggplant. We had the calamari for an appetizer. Service was top notch! The only problem was the seated us 20 minutes past our reservation time. It was very crowded!
