Great store, clean, professional and great team there to help. Plus they have they're own adult beverage depot, NICE!!!!

Lucky's Market is GREAT in Concord. Their meat department (Brenden) is so polite and helpful. The meat is fresh and they are helpful with suggestions for meat types and cooking ideas. The staff in the store are always very helpful and polite. The only thing I wish they would have a little better Deli.

This is the absolutely worst managed grocery story I have ever been in. The store has good produce and their wine selection is not bad, but the staff is utterly useless and dysfunctional. I went in one time to find Marsala wine and was told by the staff they did not know if they had Marsala wine and had no way to determine if they did. Not was there anyone on staff while could find out. No one is ever on staff for the deli or the fish department. The employees seem to be goofing off all the time/ When you go to the deli, if there is anyone there at all, they are spread over multiple sections and otherwise not interested in helping. And it's take forever to get even a bowl of soup! Tonight I went to the fish department to get salmon and the guy assigned to the section was on the phone talking to someone about his work schedule and until I finally said "excuse me" did he finally get off the phone to wait on customers. There does not seem to be any management on the staff. There is no supervision and no one can answer any questions. It's fine if you go and know exactly what you want, but don't expect prompt attention or any shopping assistance at all. This store NEEDS A MANAGER!! Never see these problems at Giant Eagle and certainly not Heinan's!

A very poor experience! First the employees do not acknowledge customers, no eye contact, no smile. The so called bakery is nothing but package goods brought in. Some are outdated. I watched an employee putting out product for the salad bar, without sanitary gloves on, she used the side of her hand to straighten out chicken pieces!! The worst part of our experience was the checkout!! A young lady was our cashier. No eye contact, no smile, best of all she bit at her finger nails the entire checkout. I emailed the company three days ago but zero response. Not surprised. Will not return.

Disappointed in the freshness of food purchased there. A couple weeks ago, I purchased two packages of raspberries that were moldy the next day, and eggs that expired the next day. I complained through their contact form. Someone from corporate contacted me and asked me which store so they could rectify the situation with me. I told them Concord, and they never followed up. I just don't trust the freshness anymore. Used to be better.

Second time getting sick after eating meat from here. Everytime the kid at the meat counter grabbed something he would smell his fingers. Pretty gross if you ask me.

Very little selection of groceries. Something as simple as V-8 Juice is not carried by store.
