Lowry’s Family Resturant

I stopped at Lowry's for a late breakfast on a Friday while I was heading home from a trip up north. It's a basic, no frills diner with a large breakfast and family oriented lunch and dinner menu. It ain't fancy, but it was clean, bright, and honest. I had eggs, bacon, hash browns, and toast. No complaints, and the ladies who waited on me were efficient and friendly. Prices were fair, and I was in and out quick. Lots of locals appeared to be taking their time drinking coffee and visiting, and that made the place feel very comfortable and warm. I'll stop back if I pass through again.

We were at Lowry's a few months back my Mom had siezure when the waitress wiped the table with bleach water. Of course she had no idea. An ambulance was called to take her to the hospital. Everyone was wonderful whom helped At that time they told me that if we wan to come eat there they would not use bleach because my mom is allergic to it, so I called today to see if they would not use it for a little but the rude lady on the phone told me absolutely not.

I got the Hornet Burger (mushroom swiss burger with bacon) on a pretzel bun, and it was amazing! The fries are also REALLY good! Whenever I come home to visit my folks, I always make it a habit to get Expressos Pizza, and I think I'm gonna add Lowry's as my must hit spots when I come up to visit.Highly recommend the burgers, especially on a pretzel bun. I love pretzeled bread, and it really adds a lot to the burger that you don't get from a normal bun!

My wife and I were on our way to Minerva and decided to try something new. Nice little restaurant and exactly what I thought. We had breakfast and it was done perfectly. Egg was perfect, bacon was thick, and I really enjoyed the massive and light pumpkin pancake.Better than that the, the service was exceptional and my coffee cup never got past half before getting refilled.Great job being people friendly.

Perfectly cooked poached eggs!! Bacon was crisp. Sausage is Sugardale brand which I love!! The ham was cut thick and tasty!! Overall very nice people and yummy breakfast!!

Went there for all you can eat fish. The food was excellent as was the service. My daughter moved to East Canton, so I will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

I'm leaving 2 stars instead of 1 because the service was very good. The food unfortunately was pretty terrible. My companion ordered breakfast. Very over cooked bacon (or should I call it jerky!) horrible "home fries" or whatever the pale, tasteless slices were. The toast was ok. It's pretty bad when you can't even do a decent breakfast! I had a buffalo chicken wrap. My pet peeve with wraps is when one side has all the meat and the other has all the veggies. Bingo! And the buffalo sauce was in the veggies, not the chicken. Needless to say, we won't be back

Great place to eat when you are in or near the village of East Canton. Great 'old school' cuisine in a traditional family restaurant setting. I had the steak omelette. Real Steak Tip portions are included w/green peppers,mushrooms, tomatoes & cheese, ALL at a great price (home fries included).

Found this place next to where I work and for 3 years now, I've never had a bad meal and the food has been fantastic every time. Best place around east canton for a burger!

Happened upon this restaurant by chance. One morning my wife and I were out driving and passed it, then decided to go back and have breakfast. Truly glad we did. We each ordered a different selection from the menu and were treated with quite a bit surprised. The servings were plentiful and the food delicious, the waitress was pleasant and treated us as if we were regular customers. The other customers were friendly and all seemed to be enjoying themselves, a really happy group. The food was great the atmosphere very enjoyable, and the prices very, very reasonable. We will surely be returning for more, perhaps lunch next time. Ken. & Jackie Richards
