Go see Randy, he knows his stuff!! This guy is the best and will guide you in the right direction. There are so many great wines that won't break the bank. They have a great selection of beef, cider, and seltzer/tea drinks too. Don't be a sucker and buy only what the internet tries to sell you. Get educated, explore your options.

It's Beaujolais nouveau time!!My parents always had Beaujolais nouveau on the Thanksgiving table, and this year I decided to revive the tradition for Thanksgiving with friends.I stopped by Lou's Beer & Wine Cellar and I'm sure glad I did! This store is unassuming from the outside, but inside, it's PACKED with wines from everywhere! And the owner Randy was super cool & helpful, explaining the differences between nouveau brands. I picked up two different bottles and I can't wait to crack 'em open on Turkey Day.Life is too short to drink trash wine from the grocery store. Stop by and see Randy at Lou's Wine Cellar.

This is a great local place to purchase wine and beer. It's probably the only place in town that you'll find a ready supply of Anchor Steam Beer!

Great selection of craft beer and wine in Youngstown. Randy is very knowledgeable and this has been a family business for decades. I remember going in there with my Dad in the seventies.

Little place with lots of craft and import beers.

Very friendly owner. He was easy going and knowledgeable about his products. This store has a. wide selection of beer and wine. This place is definitely a treasure in this small town where most stores just seem to carry the usual suspects (Budweiser, Coors, and Mikes).

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and quantity of moderately priced, but very good wine in this small store. The owner/manager was very helpful at recommending several wines to try. I will return on my way back to visit friends in Ohio.

Randy really knows his stuff & is very helpful. He's offered some terrific wine recommendations. Store is always clean, organized, & well stocked with plenty of selection including some hard-to-find labels. Good prices & great service. Bonus for the decent selection of fresh Arturo Fuente's too!

Honestly best selection of beer. We were floored. Usually go to a place called Total Wine in the Virginia area and were staying here in OH for the weekend looking for a place for craft beer. They had everything we could want and some of the most unique and hard to find beers. Very friendly service, good prices, and a gem of a store.
