First and foremost, let me say that I have been to MANY a Mexican restaurant in my day. I've had tacos that were bland and unseasoned and I've had gourmet tacos that would knock your socks off. As someone who really loves birria in general, I was thrilled to find this place less than 2 miles from my new home! I had ordered from here a couple times using delivery apps, always having a great experience, but I wanted to wait until I made an in-person visit to do a review. This place was nice and clean and we were seated almost immediately. It wasn't overly crowded, but they were busy. Our server greeted us with chips and salsa and took our drink orders within minutes of sitting down. My mother and I both got the mango margaritas and my father got a beer, all of which came out fast and were delicious! My mother and I were twins once again and both ordered the birria tacos and my father got the steak fajitas. I'd already told both of them that I vouch for the birria, but my father is a creature of habit, although he did say after seeing them, he wishes he would have ordered what we got. His steak fajitas were delicious, but I think we made him jealous with all of our oohs and aahs over these tacos. The shells were good and crispy and they were stuffed with a ton of the most tender shredded beef you can imagine. The consommé and the salsa verde were just the cherries on top of a very delicious meal. I'm so glad we stopped in, and with this experience, I can confirm this will be a new regular stop for all of us!

If you ever find yourself in small town Ashtabula; you must visit its own lil hidden gem. Came here for 9+ yrs with my fam bam... more importantly, started my mom/son(s) dates at this lil spot and they help make my lil 5yr old (at the time) at ease #LunchSpecialsAreOnPointThis place has always had the family style feel; as soon as you're greeted....Always a smile on our servers face no matter who helped us. It's been about 3yrs since we came through and it was good seeing familiar faces (and the fact that they remembered by kiddos). We brought my nlaws and were seated in space I thought was intimate/private for the occasion. We had chimi rolls for an appetizer, the margarita special, and my old time fav pollo ranchero. We also ordered enchiladas supremas, enchiladas mexicanas, veggie plate, and the meat fajitas. The meat fajitas must've sat there a bit because they weren't delivered sizzling (which was fine) Appreciated that the team helped serve our food, but one helper just dropped my sons plate and failed to get the empty plate he was attempting to pass to him. The next server saw what happened and got it when she delivered another platter; I thank you for the initiative!! #GirlsRule our server was on point with the service he provided. Made sure we had what we needed. Overall, always a good experience. Although prices have gone up, it's expected with the way allll prices have gone up.

I ate there for the first time about a week ago and I have NOT stopped thinking about this place. My family and I recently moved here from Los Angeles and I was afraid I wouldnt have great mexican food nearby. I WAS WRONG. The food here is fantastic and the service was perfect. I forgot exactly what I ordered but it was a wet burrito with shrimp, steak, and chorizo. Honestly, I'll probably end up trying everything on the menu :)

Haven't been able to get here for a while, but the food and service are still the best. YOU GOT TO GET HERE, LOVE THIS PLACE

Hidden Jewel of Ashtabula, we went for early dinner on a Saturday night at 4:00 PM, and this place stayed packed. There was little to no wait, because they were well staffed and turned tables quickly.We ordered Margaritas, Negro Modelo by the pitcher (great deals), and cheese & chorizo dip (delicious). Our food was served promptly, and it was excellent - flavorful but not overly salted (we were actually trying to figure out the unique spices). Staff was friendly and worked as a team to make our meal enjoyable.Definitely gold standard restaurant, we will make a return visit when in town.

Excellent food. Portions tend to be on the large size. But food this good tasted great the next day. Enjoyed my lime margarita, also on the large size. My dinner guest heartily enjoyed his frozen Pomegranate Margarita. Waitress was attentive. We could have just ate the chips and salsa and have been happy. Actually went back a couple of days later for another meal.

4.5 stars...Just really good food and nice drink specials...Decorative interior and friendly staff awaits your visit.

This place has great food great people and always great drinks but most of all great pricing always take friends and clients here and all love love it and want to return Thank you guys!!!!!!

Food and service was fantastic!! The portions you get with your order are definitely worth the price. Blight recommend this restaurant. Definitely coming back again!

I've eaten here several times. Great food, service and environment. I'd highly recommend it.
