Meh, not super thrilled. A group of 9 of us came here after work Friday. We had made a reservation so it was great to arrive at 4:15 and have a table ready for us. When we arrived, the restaurant was empty, but after about an hour, it was completely packed. The reason I gave the restaurant two stars is because the margaritas were overly sweet and tasted kinda weird, the food was just OK, and the service was pretty terrible. Everything took forever and it was hard to flag down our server. This was even true when it was just our table and a couple of people at the bar, before it got busy. I will say that my Paloma cocktail was delicious and was quite strong, the decor was fun and colorful, and the vibe was energetic. There is also parking available, so there are some positives but overall, not a great dining experience and I probably won't be back.

Myself and two friends popped in for a quick happy hour in their neighborhood. We all got the HH drink special which is a jumbo margarita, frozen or on the rocks for $7. I got pineapple. It was super sweet, but that's kind of expected for a pre-mixed margarita. The service was oddly slow when we were ready to place our food orders. We had to ask another employee to grab our server who was hanging out in the back. As an app we got the corn esquite dip and elote corn on the cob. Both were good and had a really nice flavor. Those were probably the best items we had. For my meal I got an Al pastor tostado and 2 chicken tacos. The Al pastor tasted different than any I've ever had. I couldn't taste any pineapple flavor and the meat really tasted like and looked like chicken. My tostada didn't come with any beans on it which was a bummer. Overall, my experience was just okay. It's a fine spot if you're looking for quick Mexican in the South Euclid/Lyndhurst area. The prices were reasonable and they have a vast menu that includes everyone's favorite Mexican dishes. The execution wasn't spectacular on this day, but I'd be willing to try it out again.

Was looking for a Mexican restaurant close and found this gem. The restaurant is clean and staff were friendly. I ordered a michelada it was delicious. I drank it so quickly I did not even take a photo. We were brought chips and Salsa which had good flavor. I ordered the shrimp tacos, let were good but no cabbage, cheese or sauce. However they did serve beans, hot sauce and pico. The enchilada red sauce tasted more like tomato sauce and was okay. The ground beef tacos were really good. We will be back and try a few different items. I will definitely order a michelada again. They also have happy hour but yes u will have to check what it was.

I have been to Los Arcos a few times before, as it was my vegetarian sister's favorite local Mexican restaurant before she moved back to Indiana, but this was my first time going by myself, specifically on an INCREDIBLY busy Cinco de Mayo. I used to be a very fat woman and loved stuffing my face with their large portions, but I haven't been back since I lost all the weight. Well, I can attest that the portions are still very large, which is good because the prices have gone way WAY up. So is the food and service worth the higher prices? I came in at 4:15pm and fortunately, was seated about 10 minutes later because it soon became incredibly busy. They probably needed more staff but the staff was always on the move. (Which is why you always need to tip your waitstaff incredibly well on holidays!). I was given warm, colorful chips to munch on while I waited for my chicken and steak fajitas. The dipping sauce was good, but I wish it was chunkier. My main meal arrived after 30 minutes. It was a ton of food! The faijitas needed more seasoning and the chicken was dry but the steak was nice and juicy, although pretty well done. The Mexican rice also needed more seasoning. It seemed everything was missing flavor except for the grilled veggies, which I loved. The meal also included refried beans which were pretty good and a spicy pico de gallo. I was able to pack up half of my meal to eat for lunch the next day. Overall, the service was pretty good for the busiest day of the year but it seemed that the food didn't receive that special attention it needed, probably because they had so many meals to cook that day. I'll definitely come back but I don't think it's the "best" local Mexican food in the Cleveland area like my sister thought and despite the quantity of food, the quality just wasn't there to justify the increased prices.

I love their tamales with red sauce. Their salsa is savory, sweet, and slightly spicy. The service is friendly and quick, all in an authentic looking cantina with the ambiance of neon lights and Mexican art paintings.

Great for families looking for a dining out spot to frequent in the area. Quick service, good kid options, loud open space, minimal wait to get seated. Food is very affordable, good portions, margaritas are excellent! One of the hidden gems on the east side of Cleveland for Mexican food.

This place is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Ohio!! No place else compares truly. I got the Nayarit burrito and it's amazing every time. The best part is the food is even good when you get it delivered. When we sat in the restaurant the server was very nice and we got our food in a decent amount of time. The provided chips and salsa are also amazing !! This is definitely a go to restaurant in my family.

Cute little, authentic, family-owned restaurant that can be easily overlooked (due to it's location). It's in a strip mall across the street from Heinen's. A friend knows I am an officianado of latin food, asked me to try this place.I went on a Sunday and it was empty, so folks go on Sunday and help them stay open! They are clean and give attention to detail in the food being presented hot and well seasoned. My enchiladas verde were perfect and the beans were nicely flavored. Only one suggestion is to not puree the salsa. It has wonderful flavors but the runniness was an unexpected turnoff.

First, we were a party of 6. We were greeted warmly, sat quickly and comfortably. I noticed how clean the restaurant is and how friendly the staff are! Food was so good, we as a family had a tough day, as we had to say goodbye to our doggo, so we didn't feel like staying home for dinner. Being from Southern California, we had a craving for authentic Mexican cuisine. This hit the spot! Everything was great...order the fried ice cream!
