LongHorn Steakhouse

Update: Back for some surf and turf. Sirloin and lobster tail. Served promptly and was cooked perfectly.

My girlfriend loves Longhorn steakhouse we went July 14, 2024. I got the salad & ribeye with big sweet potato. A salad was awesome. The waitress is noun my favorite if I decide to go back but the person that made my meal must've dropped the whole salt container on my steak. I did not send anything back. I took it home made homemade gravy cut the steak thin onions and peppers and made me a steak fajita. After all that salt, I don't know if I'll come back and eat another meal there or not we'll see.

Went there three years ago and had a terrible steak. This time it was no different -- had to send the steak back - none of our food was right - over cooked steaks and lukewarm potatoes -- no improvement after three years -- good luck if you go there ---

Dined in for lunch today on a Saturday. Ample parking, welcoming staff.This was my first time ordered IMG chopped steak. It was delicious. Ample amount of tasty mushrooms topping it. The Renegade sirloin was tasty too. I enjoy the loaded baked potatoes.I like this local, very clean.They have the best French onion soup here.A+

Stood and waited for at least 5 min or more to be seated. The waitress came and introduced herself got our drink order ( 2 cokes) then walked away. She passed us without acknowledging us at least 3 times until 10 min or more again passed. We chose to leave and go to chili's.. thank God we did. Great customer service and food is phenomenal

The steak came well and charred .ordered med rare. mgr corrected it. Too late to have dinner with husband . Was always a pleasure to eat here. Lately the chef needs to cook twice to get it right. It's a shame. Otherwise a great place to eat

This place is really good! The ambiance is so nice its intimate and cozy. Perfect for a date night. Our sever was AH MAZING! Taylor is super awesome very attentive to our needs and wasn't pushy! I ordered the fillet with rice and a sweet potato and shrimp. Yum all the way around. All the food was super flavorful and worth every bite. 4 stars only because the drinks were very weak. I do expect some alcohol in my drink for 10 bucks a drink but even the flavor of my drink was spot on! Thank you Longhorn for a delicious meal!

our meals were delicious. steak done perfectly and salmon crispy on top and flaky inside. Also, our server ..Curtis was so warm and welcoming, paid just the right amount of attention to our table. I highly recommend Longhorn in Avon.

If I could rate this a 0 star review I would. Service was so slow on a not busy night. Food time was around 45 minutes for a table of 4 to get food. Food came out ICE cold. Manager was very condescending and rude during this experience. Will not be coming back.

Ribeye Steak (not cheap) was over seasoned and tough, servicer was great but the manager did not respond to my complaint Won't go back!
