Lobster Bros Seafood

Another great lobster roll sandwich and service. I love this place! I need to come here more and definitively will during the Lenten season.

It started with a New Years Eve pursuit to make lobsters at home. We tried a couple of other stores and they didn't have any live lobsters available. We raced here and made it only a few hours before they closed. At this point we were pretty desperate because all of our plans centered around making a lobster dinner at home (thanks COVID). We had to wait in line because they were only allowing a few customers in at once. We appreciated this because it is a fairly small space. They only had two pound lobsters left- it was a splurge but we could not have been more thrilled with the quality and the customer service. The owner asked us if we'd ever cooked lobsters before and when we said we hadn't he gave us exact instructions for cooking them to perfection. We thanked him for his help, grabbed some scallops for good measure, and headed home. We googled other instructions just out of curiosity and we would have gone with a different method had he not taken the time to talk to us about how to properly cook them. We were so grateful for the friendliness and customer service and our lobsters came out perfect. They were absolutely delicious and so were the scallops. We will be back any time we need seafood at home. We also want to go back and try some of their to go meals. Everything was fresh, it didn't smell fishy, and the customer service was everything that's awesome about a small local shop. Thanks for making our New Years Eve! Skip the steakhouse prices, come here, and make it at home. You can't beat the flavor and quality on these lobsters!

Expensive but I guess you pay for the top quality items they carry which is reasonable. $12 for a quart of delicious crawfish stew which had plenty of meat in it.

Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Had the lobster salad sandwich, it was OK. Maybe I'll come again another time to try a hot dish.

Not bad, not great... average The staff is really nice, and I will probably go back. However after reading the reviews, expected to be wowed.

I found Lobster Bros. When I worked briefly in Westlake. The quality has always been outstanding and their knowledge about cooking various seafood helpful.

High quality, delicious seafood from a family owned business. We're new to the area and have only picked up food from here twice so far but we will be back many times and would recommend it to anyone.

Been going there since early 1990. Same location, same family running it. Great bakes, fish and provisions. They know what they are doing and will cater to your needs for sure. My fall bake is coming soon, so I'll be sure to get my order in. Follow their directives to the letter and you won't be disappointed. Hardest thing about doing a bake from them is lighting the match.

Drove all the way from Euclid to Westlake today.It was closed.Now why wouldn't you post that on your website???I checked several times to be sure of hours.0n their door it says summer hours. Huge disappointment.Wouldn't summer time be the most popular time for seafood.???Btw it's 12:30 pm Wednesday August 28 2024.Website still says it's open until 6 pm.

Clam chowder was very thin/watery with a slight smoky flavor. Not enough clam or clam flavor. As for the oyster po'boy: Coleslaw on top of fried oysters on a hamburger bun was disappointing when compared with the flavors and presentation one would expect in NOLA from a po'boy. Maybe my expectations were too high.
