Little Rose Tavern

We loved the food--it's awesome to find a place where everything on the menu is vegan. There were also a few domestic beers that are a little harder to find. We ordered Lonestar and Stroh's with the cheesesteak and Nashville hot chicken. Coming on a Saturday night seems like it could get a little tricky, but it wasn't too busy when we got there. Later, there was a dance night with DJs playing vinyl new wave synth sets. I would have been like extremely in my zone but the crowd seemed a little territorial. There is a younger locals only, college bar vibe that felt kind of exclusive so we didn't stay too long into the night. Anyway, once the bar got crowded, it was a little hard to be seated there. Overall, we had a pretty nice time and the food made it worth it. Would go back!

Had to come and see what is all the rave with this place, namely the smash burger. And no joke it is legit burger if any comparison, and defy the best vegan burger I've had. The patties are smashed on a hot flat top to give exquisite crispness and that crunch when you bite in. I had mine sans the cashew cheese but my companion liver hers with it. Tots were the perfect accompaniment. Tiny dive bar looks to be an unadulterated time capsule of the working man's beer and shot bar of the 1970s. Now with table or bar service. Friendly staff and excellent beer and classic spirits. I paired this baby with. Jackie O's Mystic Mamma IPA, but honestly next time I think it's going to pair even better with the ice cold PBR. Parking is limited but you will figure it out. Big patio and live music options so check your night for their plans. Highly recommended!

One of the only good bars in Cleveland that are worth going to. Good music, good food and cool people.

Such a classic Cleveland neighborhood bar. I am sure this use to be a huge biker hangout back in the day being within walking distance from the old Harley shop. Cool little patio, great for people watching. Some people expressed the limited parking but parking is available on the side streets, behind the bar and across the street. We had no issue. Music box, pool table for and TVs for your entertainment. Not a huge bar list but plenty of classics to choose from. The menu is all vegan, small but manageable for their tiny kitchen. The food came of in a timely fashion, hot and tasty. The pricing reflects the large amount of food per order. They offer brunch on the weekend - so I am looking for to stop by soon to give it a go. So cool to see an all vegan menu that isn't extremely over priced. The barkeep was kind and attentive.

Awesome bar and restaurant that I could only love more if it were closer to home. Food was top notch. I got the Nashville Hot Chicken plate and split the cauliflower wings with my wife. Those wings are the best in Cleveland for cauliflower. My wife ordered the Hail Seitan and loved it. It was all I could do to get a taste of it. Hers came with a huge serving of perfectly cooked tots. My dish had slaw, cornbread, baby greens, and pickles. So so good. The vibe is old school dive bar meets modern eclectic. I wish we had time to stay for the dj spinning records as he started out with some super chill 70's soul lounge music. Try it out!

Been here a few times now and the past few times they were out of pierogies (if that doesn't tell you how good they are, I don't know what will). So I switched over to the mac n cheese (everything is vegan btw, and with most of the stuff you can't tell at all). The mac n cheese is incredible. Bartenders are always very nice, the food came out quickly and there are frequently shows, karaoke, or dollar country nights here. Pool if you're lookin' to play billiards, and the beer on tap is always great (got a two hearted IPA this time around).

This is my new favorite bar! I absolutely love the vibes and the decor from the checkered floor to the wallpaper with daisies and topless women to the red bar stools. Awesome place with yummy drinks, a pool table, vegan food menu, and live music. Love this place!

First time coming here after my Cleveland Yelp friends have been begging me to check this place out. I will say that the negatives is right out the bat is the parking and the $7 cover fee to see a crummy no name band that was knock off Depeche Mode 2 hours before the band even played. This place did though had such a secretive great vibe to it which I enjoyed, I loved the atmosphere and the best kept secret of all was the vegan kitchen! They made deep fried oreos, burgers amongst other things! The absolute show stealer of this place.

Sweet little bar! The kind of place that makes you think to yourself "maybe I could own a dive bar one day". The vegan smash burger was insanely good and prices were decent for a shot and a beer. We felt very welcome and will certainly be back here to enjoy the sense of community and good food.
