Lagrange Iga

Great for convenienceSelection is average and prices are generally higher than most stores in the area. They have a bakery, deli, pre made meals, and even a pharmacy. The store is really too large for all they have to offer.

IGA is probably the only grocery store located in Lagrange. They require masks and they even had gloves inside the door if you choose to wear them while shopping. I feel that this store is super pricey. I don't typically shop here, but I only needed a couple of things and didn't feel like driving far one day to go somewhere else. I wanted some fresh baked donuts, but it looked like they were still self serve which I am not a fan of during this pandemic. I also saw a sign that the Powerade was on sale, but when the cashier rang them up, they did not show up on sale. She went to check the sign and adjusted the price for me. Like I said, this is the only grocery store located in Lagrange. I probably won't shop here for a while due to the high prices.

Employees always polite and helpful. Floors and shelves always clean. Not to mention they make their donuts fresh every morning in the bakery from scratch and they are the best I've ever had anywhere! People wait outside the door minutes before they open to make sure they get their favorites before they sell out, especially on Sundays.

Yes this is a small grocery store located in a nice, small town. Since we moved here 11 years ago, we've watched the store evolve. They now have a pharmacy, and have really expanded their offerings of prepared foods and trays, as well as usually having a nice selection of new brands / foods to try. What hasn't changed is their great customer service, everyone is always very friendly and helpful, and how nice and clean the store is!
