I WENT TO GHOUARDIFEST!!!!!It was the best thing EVER!!!I got to meet Big Chuck(again) Hoolihan(original before Little John!) and say hi to Dick Goddard and even lament Cleveland sports with Mike Polk!Plus there were TONS of vendors there and I got this SICK Ghoulardi sweat shirt that I will wear into threads I bet!!Probably the big draw was that Tim Conway was there for an hour or so of stories, q&a and the story part made everyone laugh so much they were probably crying....Including me!!!Don't miss it next year kids!!!!!

Great for any event and weddings I've even come here for a concert and i haven't been let down.

I have been here for a few weddings and they are always on top of there game. The staff is quick and friendly. The decoration was great and massive room and parking space. This place looks so much better on the inside and the outside does no justice for how nice it is inside. Only negative is it is kind of pushed back off the road and can be difficult to find if it is your first time.

If you are planning any event - this is your venue. Nothing short of AMAZING! I had weeks to plan my wedding reception. I went to them in a panic state. Ramez and Brandy were so caring and professional. They calmed me down and ensured me that the reception will turn out great. They were right!The reception was on September 16, 2023. I have to say that even today I am still receiving phone calls and text messages about how great the reception turned out. The Food...WOW! Hats off to the chef! Awesome food! From the Owner, to all of the staff, Ramez, Marc, Brandy, Abdilla, Leigha, Loui, and Khalid - all of them fell nothing short of amazing. That's my word for this place as you see. They all greeted guests, made sure everyone was taken care of and all of it was done with a smile. The staff was so darn friendly. Brandy kept communication going through out the entire process! She was so reassuring and patient. Someone give her a raise!.. :) Definitely a place to go check out! You will not be disappointed! Absolutely a gorgeous venue. I will definitely book this venue for other events!Thank you La Villa!!!!

I have been to La villa a couple of time for different occasions and I thought it was nice. The location is not ideal though. I decided to use it for a big dinner party (+300 people). The experience was awful.Pros:Rooms are nice. Nice lighting and carpet.Some of their food taste authentic.Big and free parking lot. Cons:One day before our event we received our bill and it's over $1000 more than what we agreed on. We had to spike up the charges 50% on everybody confirmed coming. Some people cancelled and it was very embarrassing and exhausting to deal with guests complaints about the price. The room we received was smaller and different than the room we asked for. No explanation was offered.Some of the food was cold when served and some tasted bad. Under-cooked meat, oily fish, and not enough salad. Some guests actually had to fill up on deserts. They tried to make up for the spike in charges by offering some free food, but it was nasty.The management at La Villa lacks professionalism, organization, and communication skills. We had some guests who needed extra tables and seats. We asked one of their staff, she came back after 15 minutes with only two tables and no chairs or linens. She disappeared without bringing chairs and I found her later on hanging out with some teenagers from the party trying to hock up an iPod for music. I learned later that La Villa owner almost got into a fight with one of our guests because the guest asked for cups and ice 3 times and got blown off. Very embarrassing!We arranged for some entertainments for the children, but the mic in that room wasn't working. We moved it across the hall with no help.Some tables had no utensils or napkins. Service crew is very lazy and unprofessional. They never greeted guests or smiled. Some of them would push the chairs with their feet to pass. One of them actually piled up some utensils on the table and walked away. Some dishes were dirty right from the serving rack. They had some watermelon seeds stuck on them. In general, very expensive place for such a poor and rude service. We heard complaints from our guests about almost everything. We are thinking of suing them. STAY AWAY!
