Krav Food Truck

The BBG chicken was excellent served smothered over fries and topped with a unique coleslaw. The sauce was very good with just a little heat. Others enjoyed their veggie gyro and bulgogi. Decent price for a food truck. Everything seemed fresh. Beverages were cold.

I came to the first Walnut Wednesday food truck day of the year and picked Krav out of a group of 18 food trucks. The menu spoke to me with comfort food favorites like philly cheesesteak and lamb gyro. But it had a wildcard I just had to try - the beef bulgogi ($10).What I got was a massive, addicting mix of thin succulent cuts of beer mixed with a medley of asian coleslaw, spring mix and french fries. The flavors are enhanced by a korean hot sauce that has just the right amount of kick. It tastes like classic asian yum yum sauce kicked ten notches up with heat. One of the highlights is the sauce soaking into the bed of french fries that lay asleep at the botton of the heap, only to awakened by a spicy, creamy adultress. It has just enough greens from the spring mix that you don't feel like an entire waste of life after eating it. I overhead whispers of their gyro being awesome as well..will definitely be back to Krav!

Wow! I just ate one of the best steak pitas/sandwiches of my life. It was so delicious! The quality of the food is phenomenal! I ordered today's special, which was Argentinian Steak Pita with fries. It was so big that it had to be served in two containers! The fresh veggies ingredients on the steak pita were crunchy and delicious. I think I saw radish, celery, arugula, among others. The sauce tasted excellent like an Argentinian chimichurri, which I love and even make at home sometimes. The steak was warm, cooked medium, easy to bite through (cut on the bias), and delicious. Thank you, Krav, for making my lunch memorable!

Ummmm someone please tell me why food from this food truck tastes better than most restaurants? Holy flavor overload!I ordered the grilled lemon chicken with orzo and I was craving something with BBQ so he said he can modify it and add some BBQ to it, great! I waited about 5 minutes and my food was ready. I opened the box, and the aroma slapped me in the face, it smelled so good, even my friendly neighbors on the elevator asked me where I got it from! I would add this to the list of best things I've ever eaten. Everything is SO fresh and you can taste it right away. Flavors in every bite and on top of all that it was a very healthy meal. The portion size is nice, and will fill you up, plus some. If you see this truck, try it out! YUM

This food truck was in an unfortunate car accident last month, and I am very happy that it is back on the road!That being said, we tried the truck for the first time recently and the food was sadly kind of disappointing. We had a philly steak and cheese with a side of fries. The philly steak was overcooked and the cheese seized up such that it was rubbery and stringy. The roll the meat was sitting on tasted old and hard. The fries were okay - just a little bland.I'd really like to support the local food truck scene so maybe we'll come here another day and try something else.

I love food truck Tuesdays in Public square. It's my one cheat day a week. This week was Krav food truck. I got the philly cheese steak! It was HUGE for the price. The steak reminded me of thicker steakums but so good. I really liked the mushrooms on it. Could have had a bit more. But they put their fancy sauce on it. Kinda tastes like BBQ and mayo! So good. BUT I would suggest getting it on the side! It's a bit too much and ends up all over the hoagie and your fingers. So at least if it was on the side, you could add it as your biting. I also got the fries. Which is crinkle cut, nothing special. And they put the fancy sauce on it. Again, on the side is the best way. And a bottled water. $15 for all that. The sammich was $10, the rest was $4 and $1. The food came out quick, and hot. Which is nice for those on lunch breaks. Food trucks are a great change in the summer and was glad to try this place out!

First time at Krav was at the Cleveland Flea, and had the aoili fries which were amazing! Just had Krav again at Edgewater live, and loved their lemon orzo grilled chicken. Perfect portion size, tons of flavor and perfect for sitting and enjoying on the beach. It was a nice break from all the fried foods the other trucks were serving, but fit it the same price range. Highly recommend!

Had the BBQ chicken with kimchi ... I seriously can't stop thinking about all the flavors, sauces, and spices.... The chicken by itself is 5-star worthy, but with everything else in this dish makes it my new favorite.

Holy spicy BBQ chicken plate with cabbage and kimchi. Wow that was good. Runny nose is always a sign of a good meal. These folks pump out some seriously creative and tasty grub.

Great food, I had the Bulgogi, just the right mix of spicy with the Chipotle mayo!! For the price, it can't be beat. Mike has done a great job taking on the food truck and I love the additions to the menu.
