Kraus' Pizza

The topper is the best pizza I've ever had! It's a perfect combination of soft dough, sauce and provolone cheese!

Recently moved to the Uniontown/Hartville area and we tried all the nearby pizza's. They were all great. BUT Kraus' Pizza is 100% our favorite. Chicken and Jojos are delicious also. My absolute favorite pizza is pepperoni and sausage.

I ordered a pizza and chicken and jojos. The food was good. It tastes the same at all the Kraus locations. It only took 30 minutes. The staff was courteous.

Consistently delicious pizza! I have been a resident of Hartville for 35 years. I grew up eating Kraus' pizza and now my kids and wife do too. Not overly greasy 2" thick crust like your big chain places. Keep up the great work and great pizza! Das Good!

Since the old manager left--the pizza has gone down hill. The last three I ordered were bad--guess I will try some place else

Long time Kraus customer I just can't come back here .The guy at the counter is always overwhelmed . Pizza burnt again !

Good food, poor service. Told I had to have coupon, went back home to get it after forgetting. Then they forgot the 2 liter of pop with the family special!!!! But they did charge me taxes on the pop and 19.45$ special was then 19.52$.....They need better customer service. wasnt worth another trip back for the 2 liter....

Tried this location after the Canton locations have gone downhill. This place is no different. Thin bland overcooked crust, only a little bit of sauce.Such a shame, Kraus's used to be so good, the best crust you could buy. But some sort of recipe change has happened. It's now tasteless, and so thin, it's like the yeast and salt have been removed. It is nothing like it used to be.And every location we've bought from in the past 12 months has served up burnt crust. 4 different shops, all burning their pizza. So sad.

Best pizza in town. Awesome wings and chicken. Home of the Topper, this is a must try.

Kraus' Pizza Hartville STINKS! I thought I'd give them "one more try/chance". OH, HELL NO!How hard is it to get an order correct? I suppose my first indication should have been when I was asked repeatedly "is that all"...during my phone call, excuse me? I order THREE things and one was missing... sorry about your bad review, it was my grandson's order AND I WAS SPECIFIC ABOUT IT. The only good thing about my order was the GoldNKrisp potato chips. I should have known while waiting patiently on my previous order and witnessing patrons coming in complaining of the HORRIBLE service and delay in their orders that I should never return. You may want to rethink your franchise and how poorly you manage your store and employees, it's apparent that they neither have the resources or training to treat your customers efficiently and in a timely manner. And obviously, you rely on food quantity and NOT QUALITY. Isn't there a "constant" in the food provided to a franchise? Your chicken wings are a SHAME and the price is outrageous for what is served, GFS has better wings than you.
