Food is always good here and ever flowing, for the right price. Servers are usually great. The ambiance is set well for large gatherings.

Location and ambiance is close to us and that is awesome for me. Food is good, cleanliness is a must so it is perfectly awesome for me. My son love their Boba drinks, I love their hot pot and sushi is huge. Overall it is commended that I go back to this place almost every month.

Our first time trying hot pot. T'was my daughter's 15 birthday and she requested to try hot pot. Found Kintaro with great reviews... so off we went with the family, including younger siblings and grandma. Not sure if I'm just not used to today's all-you-can-eat (AYCE) prices, but had a bit of a sticker shock with $28. Ok... so we decided that AYCE would be silly for grandma and little siblings - they don't eat much at all, so 3 of us would get AYCE and 3 would order from the regular menu. Food was great, so I can understand the high marks, but the experience was very stressful! Because of the fact that we all didn't get AYCE, we were reminded again and again by our server that:1. We cannot share our food with the non-AYCE eaters. If they "see us" doing so, then everyone will be charged the AYCE prices. I cannot count how many times she told us this as we placed our individual orders. 2. For the AYCE eaters, don't order too much because if you don't finish, they "will charge extra!"It felt like she kept coming back frequently to look if we were sharing, BUT... didn't bother to refill our drinks until asked. I wouldn't recommend going unless everyone orders AYCE or everyone orders from the regular menu. Too stressful!

I absolutely love the endless sit down sushi concept and have been to quite a few. First time here...Staff was super friendly and the rolls named after cars. I enjoyed the unique variants of deep fried options. Unfortunately, the rolls reminded me more of China buffet sushi than high quality sushi with the same concept here in Pittsburgh. The freshness just wasn't there and the batter of the deep fried rolls was a bit tough to finish. Apps like the Rangoons and gyoza were tasty (except squid slightly rubbery). Salmon hibachi was over cooked and cooked too fast as the sauce covered the Albumin (white that coats the salmon if cooked too high). The hibachi veggies were perfect. Overall fine for the $17 cheap price point but I'd rather pay the $23 dinner price at the higher quality spots with double/triple the specialty roll offerings and way more fresh

This is our first time to this AYCE sushi place. The price is $28 AYCE which includes sushi, sashimi, Japanese salads and cooked foods. If you happen to get unlimited hot pot instead, that too is $28. Now onto the sushi, this is a decent place and the fish is alright. Just make sure you don't over order as they will charge you for uneaten food. As for the wait time, it wasn't terribly bad for a party of 3 on a Friday evening. Just be cautious when you order those special rolls as the roll pieces are quite large so hence ton of rice. This place is quite clean and the wait staffs do come around often to check on you. For today's visit, I will give it 3 stars,

So...all you can eat hot pot or sushi for $27.99. Great concept. But anything you don't eat you get charged $10.99 for which is fine except our server kept bullying us to get more (to pick up the surcharge, I'm sure) and it's not sushi by the piece, it's by the roll. I love sushi but I don't want to eat a 6 to 10 piece roll. And it was supposed to be spicy but it barely had any flavor. The teriyaki items were overcooked and chewy. The tempura, though cooked well initially, was lukewarm at best. If your menu says something is spicy or crunchy, there needs to be spice and crunch. The food does not live up to the menu. The bathrooms were not clean or in proper order. The temperature in the restaurant was just too cold. All-in-all I'm not impressed.

A waitress was fantastic. She's the old waitress from Golden Gate and she's awesome. The food is always good and hot. The service is impeccable and the price is right.

Amazing! I am leaving as full as one can be. Awesome place for a group and this location is huge. The only downside is that on a weekend with a large group, anticipate slower service! As you can see below, these boats are huge! And if you're going with a large group, be patient and kind for the sushi chefs who are making these and staff who are serving. I recommend getting a few easy appetisers so that you're not waiting too long on an empty stomach. There are many options for what you can get to eat. I recommend getting any of the sashimi or sushi. The fish is surprisingly so fresh. Would love to come here again soon!

Stop by here while I was visiting Cleveland for work. I always love some good sushi, and they had very good ratings from what I saw.We came around 6 PM on a Wednesday evening and it wasn't too busy, didn't even have a wait. We were very graciously greeted by the host, upfront and seated immediately. They actually offered an all you can eat sushi menu or hot pot menu. If you come with two people, one person can do hot pot and the other can do sushi so that was nice to mix-and-match. Me and the person I came with were both craving sushi so we just did that.We were greeted by our server shortly after we were seated and they were very kind. We were able to mark off the items you want it on the menu and they brought it extremely fast. It's the fastest I've ever gotten sushi anywhere. The only reason I gave them one star below five is because it wasn't clear upfront what they meant by all you can eat sushi. They have some strict rules about waste and can potentially be charged if you don't finish everything. So the cost wasn't really worth it unless you were eating 3+ rolls per person. If I knew that upfront, I probably would've just ordered two rolls I really liked and some other stuff.Outside that it was very fresh and delicious, will definitely recommend
