Gotta update with a fifth star. This place makes me consistently happy. Always done perfectly. Never had an "off" experience here.

Very consistent food over the years and our food is always very hot! They have been a staple in Strongsville for many years!

Pretty much the only place we order from for Chinese. Always hot. Orders are always correct. Food is always good. Never have to wait long at all. We order online and get take out. Never had to wait by the time I get there. Love the family atmosphere. Everybody is so nice. :)

The food was really excellent. It was prepared perfectly and was very tasty. I got chicken and broccoli, mildly spicy and I had cashews added. It was my first time there and I can't wait to go again. The service was great too.

No service with a smile here. Food was very bland. As far as dine in seating....two tables, one occupied by a family/employee and the other covered with a stack of menus and bins of condiments.

The food was amazing!!! The people there were soooooo kind! they rounded down my total, and gave me, and free shrimp chips! I would totally come back!

Food was not good. I got Chow Mein and it had a terrible flavor. I couldn't eat it. Would not recommend.

This review is for their KungPo Shrimp, the menu show this dish is hot & spicy, but it was very bland, so you might want to ask for more heat. There's way too much celery chunks. They do give you a lot of large shrimp in this dish, that are very tender, but the downfall is that they do not devein the shrimp (see picture). Seeing that black string of crap ruins the appetite.

Strayed from our normal Chinese takeout place because this one is located much more conveniently on my way home from work. Regretted it as soon as I placed the order. The person who took my call was extremely curt and I had to repeat my order numerous times (it was only two items). After taking my number, they hung up without telling me how long until it would be ready. I will say that they had my order ready quickly - I arrived about fifteen minutes after calling. I had to wait at the counter for a few minutes before anyone noticed I was there because the employees were outside in the back of the building. They came in, bagged my food up, and I paid. As soon as I paid the employees went back outside. Food was less than stellar - no flavor to the Singapore mei fun, and the dish was mostly noodles whereas most places load it with a variety of veggies and protein. Chicken lo mein was full of mushy meat. Wanted to like this place because of its location, but we will stick with other places with better customer service and food.

Great food! Veggie lo main and spring rolls are really really good! Usually only takes 10 minutes for Togo!
