Kim's Wings

Cheap food, poor quality, rude customer service. Unorganized business practices. Food taste is bland, even with sauce.

Whenever I'm visiting my hometown, I have to make it to Kim's. I usually go to the location on St. Clair but as it's usually slower in service to my liking, I decided to visit this location instead I called my order in before going. I ordered wings for the family, steak Philly and chicken Philly. I order the Philly sandwich as I had heard from several people that they were great! But unfortunately for my mom, they didn't have the steak Philly so she had to opt for chicken as well. Also, when I called in the person who answered the phone was a little awkward which made me awkward as well lol. She answered saying how May I help you and as with any place (besides here) I said I would like to place a take out order. She responded how may I help you. So I thought she couldn't here me. I confirmed she could. So I was confused on if she could or couldn't take an order lol. I wish that part was a little better. When I arrived at the location to pickup my order about 20 minutes later, I noticed plenty of places to park. I walked in to a waiting room only establishment. There isn't much room to eat inside (if any from what I could recall). But it smelled great from all of the delicious food lol. But there wasn't much of an appeal to the inside. The vibe was basically to pick up your food and go!But luckily the food was ready upon arrival. The wings were delicious as always! The sauce is amazing! And yes I can finally agree that the chicken Philly was amazing!

The food is consistently good. I always order the wings and fries with sauce. The caramel cake is also great. stop by Kim's when I visit Cleveland.

Wings are good. Employees are flat out rude. Do yourself a favor and don't call within an hour of them closing to place an order. Wings: 7/8 out of 10Treatment of customers keeping them in business: 0/1 out of 10

This was my first time trying Kim's after hearing others tallk about it. I didn't realize this location is just a few miles from where I live. We ordered at the window and waited 10-15 minutes. My friend and I both got the chicken wing dinner: 4 wings with sauce, fries and cole slaw. I had my sauce on the side. The chicken was hot and crispy and I would continue to order with the sauce on the side. The fries were good...just needed some salt. I also ordered the caramel cake which was good.My sole criticism is the menu. They don't have printed menus and if you haven't been there before it's hard to see the menu options from the signs that are ALL over the wall.

I'm not sure why this location has such poor reviews! Its a take out, you honestly shouldn't be expecting too much from it. I didn't order ahead so I don't have that perspective but its usually a go to of mine to get a Polish Boy anytime I'm in town since no one else in the world knows what they are. Kim's is usually my go to place to get one, I typically go to a different location but i was near this one and figured why not. I went in, ordered, sat for less than 10 mins got my order and left. Yes the food is messy but polish boys generally are, if it was all neat and put together I would question it more. It was also everything I was expecting taste wise, biting into a good polish boy reminds me im home. Maybe i should just let all the bad reviews be then no one else would be there and hold me up every time I need to run in when im home!

Kim's food has went down. The service was horrible. They had a line going out the door and no one came to take orders for at 10 mins or more. Then when I received my 5 wings with sauce the chicken was old and cold and dry and they just poured a bunch of sauce on it. Just nasty and horrible to sell food like that because the employees dont care. They was to busy talking to each other. Definitely wont be going back there if I could give - stars I would

Foood is outstanding and filling, cost is adorable. The service is best it could be with the staff. I just wish the hours were longer.

I will never again purchase anything from here. To start off I called their phone to try and place an order and they didn't answer the phone. Once I walked in the lobby was freezing cold. It's currently winter, so the room temp was the same as outside. No one else was in the lobby and a doorbell rung when I entered. I stood there for 5 minutes while the cook held a conversation with someone in the back and another guy scrolling on his phone, sitting in a chair ignored me. The guy finally walks up to the window; no "Hello", "How may I help you?", "Can I take your order?" NOTHING. So, I say to him "You guys never answer the phone anymore." The guy stared at me with no reply. Turns out the guy is the OWNER! I ordered 2 polish boys and a large fry all with extra sauce. Of course my order was wrong. I received a regular fry and two polish boys with barely any sauce. For the OWNER to have poor customer service skills AND my order to be wrong, is baffling. I'll take my money elsewhere where and you all should too!

Trying to support a small business, didnt go to Wing Stop. Instead I went to Kim Wings. They close at 7:00 and the last walk in at 6:45. I get there in time 6:35 They are not taking anymore orders. I wonder how much revenue she looses because of this tactic. If I owned a business I would never allow this. We gotta do better. I guess I will give my 20.00 to Wing Stop.
