Kim's Wings

As a native Clevelander, we're known for our polish boys. Whenever I visit back home - this is an automatic stop for tasty mom and pops food and nostalgia. Wings and hot sauce on the side is also a must. The service was quick and kind.

There is a wait but that means your food is fresh. I love seeing the owner on the floor overseeing the operations, ensuring that the quality remains top notch! Never a disappointment and always a treat!

This restaurant was okay as far as cleanliness but the customer service by the server Reba was absolutely horrible! she always has an attitude when I order. I thought maybe she was having a few bad days but it's every time I order from her. she was extremely rude to my teens when they went to order their food as well. she rushed them and cut them off while they were ordering. she also tried to give my daughter the wrong food and when my daughter told her it was not what she ordered the lady got loud and rude with my daughter and cut her off while she was talking. she is disgusting and I will never get my food from this place again. Super disgusting and unprofessional!

The place used to be great over time the service has gotten very slow an the food not so great at location on 152 in stclair there are two other locations

Wings still good ! Ghetto service but it's in the hood what do you expect. The cakes were nasty and tasteless. The wings are still good and sauce to die for!

The food is great. Wait times are also usually accurate. I always get the wings and polish boy. Their fish isn't bad either! The one critique is their Mac and cheese. It's not what I'd expect and is less traditional southern/African American Mac.

No matter which Kim's I go to either Lakeshore or St.Clair and order the rib tip combo they managed to not put the wings in there..But they give you hella fries..

Paid for 12 wings, left a nice tip. Got home, only had 10 wings. They're good, but c'mon. Can't count to 12. Got ripped off. Not happy.

Just left the store, they have a certain female that is always taking orders. I watched her be rude to children, elderly people, then I was next and she was rude to me. Everytime I go to this place, the same female is taking orders and very disrespectful. I recommend no one go there unless they are looking to get disrespected. Management needs to do something about this.

The customer service is could be a lot better. Everytime I go there the darkskin lady with the shorter hair is always rude. Also why are they just letting the phone ring and not taking orders over the phone.
