Delicious food! Just needed more sauce and a slice of bread on the bottom! The location is a bit rough, but the food isn't!!

Amazing food, looooooong wait times. I had heard about this place from numerous Clevelanders. This is a go-to chicken spot for many of the locals. This place isn't in the nicest area, but like many good eateries, that is a sign that the food will be good. I walked in and saw a lobby full of partrons who looked hot and tired of waiting. I didn't mind this because I knew I wanted to try them. When I placed my order, the cashier told me it would be about 15 minutes. Around 40 minutes later, my number was called. I overheard some other patrons stating that the cashier tells everyone the same wait time. I ordered 10 wings and fries with sauce on everything and a Polish Boy.My biggest mistake was waiting until I got back to my hotel to dig in. Our hotel was about 30 minutes away, so that caused the heat from the hot food to make my wings and fries a bit soggy. But, I could tell that if I had eaten them sooner, they would've been even better. Don't get me wrong, the food was still good, but I should've tried it in the parking lot. The sauce is amazing, and it can be purchased in a bottle. It reminds you of the sauce that they used to carry at Hot Sauce WIlliams. The fries were decent, and the sauce drizzled on them, making them better. The Polish Boy was huge, sloppy, and full of flavor. That is exactly how a Polish Boy should be made and consumed. Pro Tips When you order, make sure you are not in a rush. Eat your food shortly after getting it to avoid it getting soggy. Purchase a bottle of sauce to go.WIngs 1-5=4.Fries 1-5=2.Polish Boy 1-5=4.Sauce 1-5=5!

They have there groove back food has been excellent!Been there at least 10 times lately food has been great. They fell off for a little while after Covid but they got it back . Everything is well priced ,there not gouging on the price side despite food costs . Inside very clean!

The food is amazing, it's always good service. It does not take long to get your food. Great ribbs, great pork chops wings are the best in town and good sauce

Came here for lunch to try their Polish Boys. Nobody was up front to take our order. No biggie just waited a few minutes until an older lady came up to take our order. The Polish Boy itself was rather smaller in size. A huge plus was that it came very saucy. The bbq sauce covered the small amount of fries they put on they were frozen fries so they also lacked that flavor. Also, I could barely taste any cole slaw and the kielbasa looked old. The price for these polish boys was actually very inexpensive, but I'd rather pay a dollar more per Polish Boy to get a much bigger and better product. I can't speak for any of their other dishes they offer, because all I care for to try in Cleveland are polish boys, but there are better polish boys elsewhere and don't believe I will be returning.

Kim's wings in Richmond Hts are normally great! Lately i'm not sure what's been going on but their kitchen has been dry and the fries are not as good as they usually have been. To top it off, they are stiff on the sauce!!!! Really upset!

used to be great, now it's just a name! i ordered 2 wings! 2! no sauce! no sides! 2 wings! why did i get the most smallest burnt grease dried out wings? 2 wings! how do you f*** that up? ask kims on lakeshore! they are gonna surely sell you fried food out of dirty burnt grease! no thank you! i won't be back! so glad i only spent $3.30 and to be honest, i want that back!

To be fair I was a lifelong customer, from way back when Kim was in the kitchen herself. The community has supported her for decades and nobody will speak on how disrespectful she is to her customers. You can't call in an order or place online. Then If your willing to wait about an hour your getting very skimpy orders. I ordered a fish dinner-2 pcs which was 1 pc split in half ($10). Forgot about that experience, went back about 1yr later ordered fish sandwich. I had to lift the bread up to see the fish (6.50). One piece split in half. Never will I return. I wonder if chardon gets this treatment or just euclid and st.clair. people are dumb to keep supporting this place. YouTube your own batter you can figure it out. She needs to go to Parma. She doesn't even run specials of any kind. No customer appreciation days or anything. YouTube her batter and sauce. I promise It can be done. She wasn't the first.

Roaches at the restaurant in Euclid. They were climbing all over the counter as I was ordering my food. Me and another customer saw it and we got our money back and walked out.

The best BBQ wings around. I've been going to Kim's for years and it stays consistent.
